Very user friendly tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The project management tools are the best. The financial tools are good, but getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preconstruction tools do not currently work for our project teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is one of the best tools that is solving problems for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management tools are the most helpful, and the financial module and budget management are a huge opportunity for general contractors to complete project on time and under budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget modifications and change events tools. also the configurable pdf should be the same area you enter the pay app modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash flow it is benefiting the company to ensure all costs for the given period are billed in the payment application.

Project efficiency, transparency. Communication and tracking is so much easier.

inability to make forms obsolete and creating templates can be confusing

Procore is always working on making the platform more user friendly and allowing greater customization

Some systems have issues with integration but I am confident with time these bugs will be worked out.

I really do not have any dislikes with this program. Procore continues to come out with new tools for success.

Always have updated drawings on computer, tablet, phone. Documents on everything as well.

Daily Logs: Simple to do on an iPad, with the ability to track daily activities and upload images.

What do you dislike about the product?
A user can directly save from a desktop application to Procore by synching with their desktop. The beta version of Procore Sync still exists. Even if there are still problems with it, it has the potential to be a fantastic product.

Examples include Our system undergoing adjustments as a result of Company securities updates that we did not anticipate.

As fresh talent enters the workforce, they seek out technological advancements that will facilitate quicker and easier communication and performance. Numerous technological advancements have been made in the building sector thanks to Procore. Due to this, we are now able to compete for tech talent with businesses outside the construction industry that we previously would not have been able to.

What do you like best about the product?
Being on the admin side of the business, I almost always find the information I need on Procore, without having to go to the guys in the field.
I know the financial info will be found and easily transferable to the client.

The only downside is the number of add on to pay to optimize the use of Procore. Especially on the forms and lists etc.
The other thing is the need to train our subs in order to have them reply through Procore and simplify everyone's life

Being able to answer our customers questions in a timely manner and with precision. About to solve our estimation challenges with the addition of the Estimating tool. Procore really puts us in front of the competition in terms of collaboration and customer satisfaction.
