Procore is pretty user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to maneuver through everything. And if you need help they have a lot of how to videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I have Admin capabilities I still am limited to what I can and cannot change. I should be able to have full access to any and all things. I also dislike that the signature line on the transmittals has been removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took a while but we finally started receiving our daily company reports again. It benefits me because my boss is happy again.
Transparent and effective
What do you like best about the product?
We have stakeholders around the globe; sharing details in the minute saves us a lot of time and money. As we give access to clients, they feel more confident about the transparency of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be slow. Sometimes we have staff turnover, especially Project Managers. For staff with experience on field but with difficulties with technology It can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As developers, We have access to the day-to-day execution of every project no matter where we are located, identifying improvements and sharing lessons learned between regions is easier
Efficient project management tool that assist with organization and collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an amazing tool for organizing construction projects. From Submittal/RFI coordination with the design team to drawing markups and document management with subcontractors to ensure everyone is on the same page. It's the most convenient and user friendly system on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike. If anything, I would say the markup tool within drawings could be more functional, allowing you to make better markups on the drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is great at helping solve communication issues by organizing all questions/answers into one program. This allows us to be more efficient with communication between our owners, designers, and contractors.
Procore makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has made life in the construction industry so much easier to navigate as a team and to keep all information in one place. I love that we can review multiple parts of the project in one place and it is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting people onboard to a new system can be a challenge but with Procore being so user friendly we can get people engaged quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With voice capture Porcore is making it easier and safer to make observations in the field and allow us to capture issues in real time
It's a solid platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like everyone on our project team really picks it up easier than most products
What do you dislike about the product?
Jumping to apps is a clunky process and I hope they update the sidebar in the future.

We use procore for most of our project management on construction jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps make managing jobs easier. It allows sharing of information with many other platforms, which has been very helpful.

The Procore team really does listen to its users and make changes. It is hard to tell
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with some of the other best software used in construction has been very helpful and I hope they continue to do so.
Streamlining our processes, keeping us on track and logging it all as we go
What do you like best about the product?
Giving all our employees a tool to do their tasks quickly and the same way every time. As a company we can set the rules for our employees to act within, we get clarity and a log of events which is great for internal improvement and in cases where we need thorough documentations on events in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive tool, and some of the functionality in the workforce time keeping tools are really not comprehensive enough - to get the tools we need, we need to buy in to the new workforce management tool to plan our installers to the jobs, even though we have timekeeping as part of our package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have solved the whole overview issue that we were missing, it is now much easier for the PM and executive's to both run and keeping track of the projects progress. We can see "stuck" situations earlier because we have all the information available on Procore Dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other software, Add-on applications, simple interface, different tools, how easy to invite team members, customer support, always upgrades, information exchange
What do you dislike about the product?
Has many layers of settings, creating templates could be easier; cross information between the owner's accounts & general contractors' accounts should be updated,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration & coordiantion between different teams was always a challenge; sharing drawings, specs & project informations was much eaiser, creating RFIs & change orders are much easier
Good overall
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile tools, platform new, good tool for photos
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimal functionality on scheduling, tool is very basic

Communication
I love using Procore. It is user friendly and customizeable for our project teams & delivery methods
