I can collaborate with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Procore is that all of my project management work is in the same place AND that I can collaborate with internal and external team members. By including external team members my submittal, RFI, and drawing management process is more efficient. Procore becomes the single source of truth and I can get more out of my email inbox. I can run very dynamic meetings, being able to pull all things up on screen very quickly. Internally we use Procore financials and they are in a platform that keeps me in their daily, maintaining and projecting the project budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore lacks a robust reporting option. The report builder can only pull data from one area in the software. We are able to "get by" with our project based reports, but we are beginning to try and report across multiple projects, and it's looking like you need an add-on solution to get any traction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is working on their mobile app by adding efficiencies for our onsite personal - they are important users and editing the product to help them work faster with more accuracy is a win. Procore is working on a permissiosn issue with financial project reports - I have not tested this myself yet, but I'm glad they are listening to feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore keeps all of our data together on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purchasing all the toolsets can become expensive, until you can consider all the software that's no longer necessary and the increased efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating subcontracts and purchase orders in procore (along with the DocuSign integration) has eliminated a ton of administrative work and freed up that time to be used elsewhere.

Very easy to use and user friendly. It puts all of our files into one area for easy access

What do you like best about the product?
Its collaborative functionality and platform to centralize all construction documentation and allow the project teams, including consultants and subcontractors, to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ERP integrations with various financial institutions make the financial analytics tool a challenge. The bulk of a projects document coordination is its financials which include bid tender, subcontracts, change management, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ERP integration is not at the top of Procore's research & development for 2023, making it difficult to recommend other general contractors to switch over to this software.
Excellently Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to navigate, and the support center is second to none. The help of their implementation teams has majorilly eased the implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that have not come into play yet. However, they offer a poll system, and you can vote to have a feature implemented in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing our business to become ~85% digital, decreasing our costs for printing and the manual costs that coincide with that. It will enable all our safety and quality inspections and registers to be standardized across all projects, highlighting any quality issues we may have as a company.
The best for project integration and communications
What do you like best about the product?
To have all the tools required to manage and control the project, from bidding, to scheduling, finance, communications and so on. All the project information in one place and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not as user friendly as others. For example the financial tool is not as friendly as the correspondences. For the forecasts it could be helpful if we could upload a template using excel or others.

Having all the information of the project in one place were all stakeholders have access.

It saves time from manually entering items such as submittals, RFI's, etc. into excel spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a project or templates for your company can be very time-consuming, but once it's done and you understand, it's much more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, it is saving me time; as we all know, time is money. Once we get all of our projects on the platform and all the employees understand how to use them, we will see a significant impact.

Procore provides innovation that can completely transform how a construction project is completed. Procore reduces guesswork in the field, fosters communication, and allows for collaboration. The program also increases an organization's efficiency and reduces risk.
Essentially, Procore makes everyone's project roles easier and solves problems that have long existed in the construction industry. i.e. ensuring everyone on site is working off the same drawings, getting mark-ups out to everyone, simplifying tendering, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
With all of the capabilities that come with Procore, this means it will take time to get the program up and running. It is critical to have a member(s) of an organization who is fully dedicated to see this process through, or else it would be very difficult to fully utilize the program.
Buy-in can be a challenge in the construction industry, especially since it disrupts how projects have traditionally been done. If a company works with many different trades and suppliers then it does a bit of extra work to get various parties to buy-in.

Procore has improved communication between the field and the office. The ability to send mark-ups on drawings to one another, RFIs, daily logs, etc. ensures that everyone is kept in the loop.
A major issue with many projects is when there are numerous sets of revisions of a drawing on site. This creates confusion, can result in guesswork, and frustrates all who encounter this issue. Procore has been critical in ensuring everyone is working on a current set of drawings, can see and send mark-ups, and be notified when a revision has been issued.

Procore - Data and drawings management software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the wonderful and professional software for the construction industry. We can assign issues , upload drawings , submittal, documents, 3D models and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not say deslike but Email notifications are much more then required. Sometimes it will be problem because we will ignore some important mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval process inprocore helps much. We can set approval threads for all the documents like Drawings, submittals and coordination issues also. We can final approved things easily.
