Excellent Customer service and support

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently in the implementation process and the customer service team has been excellent. They provided a very detailed on boarding program.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with procore to date. A very supportive team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is currently allowing us to organize our agendas and minutes in advance of distribution.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is best platform to interact clients data like documents, submittals aslo easy to access our data from anywhere, it's categorised as different groups folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is sometimes suddenly crashed while working on procore it's happening sometimes not regularly this minor problem it's can be easily fixed it out, otherwise it is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helpful for Store our projects details important documents and submittals, easy to download any documents or if you can easily login and upload your business data it's very helpful for BIM industries.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Procore is widely accepted and allows more collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore can't be customized very much; they lack support to add custom fields to some tables (i.e. anything on the Directory such as Company or Contact).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like that Procore manages workflows of Submittals from Subcontractor to Architect and any combination very well.

What do you like best about the product?
It has tools specifically designed for any construction project's phases, and plug-ins integrated like Struction Site or software for Bim Modeling. Also allows you to know where your team at and what they have been doing
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools (maybe one or two) are unintuitive, but on the good side, the support team has many ways to listen to your problems and almost always resolve them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The information travel faster and more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
all of the tools. Procore has a lot of capabilities and they have proven to work in all aspects of the project phases. There are a variety of tools that are used every minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of sign ins required every few days is a bit of a nuisance. This may be a security system set up by Skanska, but it is a nuisance. Creating logs could be a bit easier, same with importing punchlists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency is great. its a useful communication tool and spits out consistent cover letters. It is very useful for tracking in the office and in the field where most of the issues are.

What do you like best about the product?
You can filter just about any category in order to get the specific data that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there may be a little TOO much information on the budget. Column wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping all of our senior staff understand the budget better. We had Prolog previously and it was very hard to navigate and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and tracking are easy to understand and a great way to track info from employees out of town. Also wonderful that everything is archived and saved in one location, makes it simple to track down old or finished projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One down fall is that the app for IOS and Android sometimes takes a while to update and refresh new info that's been added. I'd also really like to see an option to sort by This (current) Year or Last Year when filtering by date in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined how we report and capture company information (timesheets, inspections ect.). It has been a great way to improve our carbon footprint by switching to a primarily electronic system instead of handwritten timesheets, T&M tickets, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely user friendly and their support system is amazing. They provide step-by-step instructions and how-to videos for all of their tools which make it easy even for the guys in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newest updates have made things a bit more cumbersome, but they are always trying to enhance their tools and the user experience. Would love to see improvements in the Reports tool to add more options and flexibility when trying to filter reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is reducing the time it takes to perform construction management related tasks. We used to use Prolog and using Procore now has cut time in half compared to what it used to take in Prolog.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication and distribution to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of emails that it auto-produces. It's far too many if you have multiple projects. Procore needs the ability to generate reports for RFI and Submittal versus one email per RFI or submittal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to hold all drawings, submittals, RFI's, and documents. Team engagement has increased as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all your needed information in one place and being able to link my budget with the financial costs.
Timesheets and timecards are available for filling company personnel hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to link it with Dynamics.
Financial tools is little eficiency driven when having o make and invoice and going back to the order to make a payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possibility to match my financial costs with budgeted and being able to check my financial status in one place
