What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a number of great features, but my favorite is the reporting function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be daunting to find some features, but the help functions are very robust and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using an antiquated email system prior to Procore - we are now able to process our construction documents more efficiently and shortened approval time.

How easy it is to do takeoffs and the estimating/ bidding tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Going from 2D to 3D takeoffs and hosting and viewing Revit files but heard that's coming soon!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Procore for a long time and the system has really helped the construction process move online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is great, but because companies want so many of their personnel to be able to access the jobs, we spend a lot of time adding people to the directory, it would be nice to be able to pick multiple people at a time and add them to the job or somehow allow people to "ask for access."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I originally started using Procore more as a file transfer site (2006-ish) nd now I do 90% of my project management on it. It makes it easy to share pertinent information with uplines, downlines, and partners.
Full service program for reviewing a project's status.
What do you like best about the product?
Single source tool for full view of all project activities by all levels of staff and upper management. Subcontractor access increases efficiency for admin staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financials don't capture all costs - payroll, and miscellaneous expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviates the need for multiple, manual spreadsheet tracking by each level of management and client by stanardizing the types of information and the info flow.
Honest review of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything is located in one place. Documents, communication, events, and tasks. As a subcontractor with many projects ongoing at one time that is nice to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our GC's have separate log-ins to Procore making it difficult to manage where to go to retrieve information. Example: One GC has its own Procore account, and i cannot just log-in to see all of my projects that i'm assigned too without going to individual GC's procore and then finding that project. I also wish i could download project contacts directly into my phone, vs searching for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do like the workflow streamline and custom forms. Keeping all the documents and changes to documents in one place. We are a smaller subcontractor who deals with larger construction entities so we need to be nimble with our workforce.

I love that everything can be in one place for construction managers. I use it for notes, photos, meetings, RFI's, Submittals, Schedules, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is great. I use it both on iPad and desktop.

It is a great software that I use on both my iPad and Desktop.

I think we need to make ir more user friendly, and extend the use of the report tool

Procore is a very construction friendly software covering the PM & construction operation functions.
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps drawings, meeting minutes, specs., RFI, transmittals and submittals organized, and it has deficiency recording functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its budgeting functions need to be further developed, i.e. change order and change event functions takes too many steps and time to enter.

I like how all aspects of the project, from Bidding to Invoicing, is streamlined in one place.

From time to time, Procore can be slow at uploading information

At present Procore I do not have any issues with Procore that directly affect my position and what I use Procore for.
