Groundbreak 2022
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the project team has access to Procore and can easilu collaborate
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it integrated with our ERP system better

It makes communication with our subs and business partners smooth and mainly conflict-free

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect is keeping all information in one central database. The ease of use is also very important to me as I am often training others on Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Procore is the lack of validation. I think a tool throughout the platform that reminds you of helpful hints would be very useful. For example, when you create and RFI it could remind you that you may need to link a CE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change management is Procore's most advance and connected tools. The whole process can be done in Procore and doesn't require any outside software, whereas other tools require outside support.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping the contract documents up to date in a quick and efficient manner. Allowing easy tracking of correspondence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Mark-Up" function in the Drawings tool. I would prefer more functionality and freedom with adding hyperlink clouds in different shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing RFI's, Submittals, and Construction documents in a centralized location that is available to all project participants. Limits excuses for "not seeing"

I wish contracts with owners were able to be incorporated.

Making work more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like the submittal tool the best. It very easily streamlines the submittal process and allows our company to track our approved items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how contract status is not shown in the invoicing tool, because even though it shows 100% complete even though they may have retainage.

Data insights are helpful as it allows us to communicate with our client more effectively.

Procore is the industry leader for collaboration because it is so user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The daily log feature allows our teams to get a quick report on the job without walking the site which is critical to the fast paced industry we are in!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the how some seemingly small features on PRocore do not translate to the app. For example: changing the superintendent signatures on daily logs.
