What do you like best about the product?
Procore has allowed us to share data with all project team members with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Their customer support is excellent and responsive to any issue we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has given our tradespeople easy access to the tools they need to perform their tasks. Acees to the model, submittals and RFI's and Change events. Being able to see the budget for propoer time coding as well.Sharing construciton porduct data with all stakeholders.

you get help from procore quickly. they are open ti suggestions. overall system is easy to use

i cannot do time cards at this time. would like to do time cards company wide

pay. love that this feature is being developed.

Keeping everything job related in one place in a user friendly environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to add on different modules, and cost can be prohibitive for some subcontractors that need access to some of the premiere tools to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field communication and consistency. Even down to everyone using the correct set of drawings.
not totally in love but willing to keep at it.

the idea to have a place to manage the project and communicate with the hwhole team

extra clicks, extra scrolling, over engineered screens, keep it SIMPLE, CLEAN, CONCISE. Everything bigger and bolder is not better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the email feature showing collapese emails was a pleasant improvement. Could still be broken cleaned up to be more simple.clean but much better.

Procore has been incrediably helpful for documnent management and team coordination on complex ever changing projects

At time set up can take some time to set up submittals depending on specs

GC rely very heavily on the subs ability to navigate. You have no fall back if you are inexperienced.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has the best reporting feature. If it's in Procore, chances are it can be reported on. I use company level repoing daily to review product data and information and to hold our employees accountable for documenting and managing the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislink that we are not in control of customizing forms and all tools. It would be beneficial to allow form editing and provide custom feilds and sections to all tools.

Procore helps us standardizing our processes and making information avaliable for all users.
