Easy to learn. very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I find using the daily log and observations tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a sometimes its difficult to pair it with out estimating soft ware program for estimating

I have used it my entire career so Im not sure the problems it is solving

It keps everyone (subs etc.) on the same page
Convenience in the field
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can pull up all current info from drawings to RFI's makes it incredibly valuable. It saves you so much time from having to leave the area you're working in to go back to the job site trailer to retrieve the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the punch list process can be a bit cumbersome. I think that it could be streamlined better as far as the way you review items. To be able to reject items or push back can be an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the chain of communication current and available to parties involved. The observation tab is so valuable in the way that you can document all the day to day thing in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore makes my day to day so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how Submittals does not have more than two choices for status -- please add more!

More integration and collaboration with external software.

Integrating the other programs and collaborating with our subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes assigning certain tasks does not apply and we have to go outside procore to really integrate it all. Overall if we could find a way to assign tasks to each person (and I mean every task) that would work out great.

Figuring out how to really implement the reports with the quality control aspect of the business.

Procore gives us the opportunity to colaborate at all phases.

It's a slow learning curve for some id the older members

Procore budgeting really helps us know when and where we are going over so we can help ourselves out earlier
Best in class tool for complex energy projects
What do you like best about the product?
The sales team was hungry, empathetic, and not pushy and provided all the resources to have a deep experience of the benefits and user experience of the platform to show the value as we decided to buy Procore. The software allowed us take on very large airport projects with a lot of complexity and need for multi-party coordination and robust document sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be overwhelming with so many bells and whistles sometimes. Customers like us need a crawl, walk, run coaching and help.

Ability to take on large complex energy projects. Ability to hold subs accountable for commitments.
