Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is great for Document Control and Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that once a contact email has been entered it cannot be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping the business with document control.
Procore Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Change Management - It is integrated with RFIs and other core tools. Summarize report
What do you dislike about the product?
Timesheets - This tool must have the option to create a planner for the whole month and assignee to relevant members to input their timesheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped to cut down many of my manual entries including creating submittals, RFI's Change Management and timesheet, etc
7 year user of Procore; it gets better and better with time!
What do you like best about the product?
Invoicing module under financials! Project Management tools are a huge plus in the field
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside would be the ERP solutions team taking extended amounts of time to respond to an issue when they arise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the financial reporting capabilities, now you're able to create custom reports, including ERP-synced contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Action Plan. Daily log, RFI, Inspection Tool. Meeting, RFI, Specification and drawings, Change order and event and Deficiency tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything specific to dislike. However, I believe the submittal process and related workflow should be more efficient in reviewing the approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SHEQ point many of our submissions, submittal, and review processes are almost made hassle-free.
It is a user-friendly and very comprehensive application for project management, the best Application.!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to navigate in a simple and agile way is a platform that greatly aids in project management. It is a platform where you can integrate all documents without having them in different media.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the disadvantages is that it is very simple; they could make it more graphic and visually attractive, as well as include a tutorial within the tool on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the documents of a single project in one application or folder without needing to have them in different places. Being able to have a single application for all the company's projects.
Is very usefull the tool of Procore for management proyects
What do you like best about the product?
The basic tools to management the proyect because anywhere i need check my information, or if i go to travel of business the complete information is on my hand

Some tools like Administracion de proyecto, we need a certification, assesory or classes because the videos are to general
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The person resposible of procore in my work place is who recolect our dudes and questions and the assesor respond in sessions, that help too much, the efective comunication between our people and Procore People is very usefull

I think that´s very easy to use and to share all status and data we need

I know tht it´s to much data, but sometimes its hard to find some things if you dont know the app

Procore has been a wonderful project management tool.

I like that procore serves as a one stop shop for all project management tools and also binds all project stakeholders together without missout of any information

I want Procore to include a few more aspects of project management, like scheduling, asset management, field management, etc., which can make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been fast and efficient for project management and easy to use for everyone which is a big plus. Also, streamline functioning of tools has helped me alot

What do you like best about the product?
I like its interface over other management software and its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like its downloading way, as we were getting the link to download in the mail and not in the software but it's solved now.

Time-Saving while RFI posting, zooming capacity to drawings, one platform for all management-related questions.
