Good software for construction management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is excellent for document management - tracking and distributing plan revisions, specs, submittals, requests for information, and similar items that should be tracked throughout the project. The ability to scan back and see previous versions and then to overlay and highlight the differences is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of little things that work but are just not quite right. Some items are managed at the company level when they should be managed at the project level. The list of trades is one such example. Other tools / features like "locations" give you some information about a space and help track items like punch and photos tied to the space, but don't link to the drawings so you can verify construction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing that I am aware of. I feel it's somewhat offensive to have to "vote" on features and improvements only to be notified a year or two later that they did or did not decide to do something about it. We pay a lot of money for the software, which should be adaptable to our needs.
Procore is a great tool that continues to innovate and improve.
What do you like best about the product?
We rely on it to ensure project consistency and quality, We utilize most of the tools and add to it as we continue to improve our use of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better native reporting without using analytics. The estimating tool could be better, we currently do not use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides us a base where we can standardize our project documentation and develop consistent workflows that we can continually improve.
Keeps us organized, watches our dollars, and has helped us handle more business.
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore integrates fairly well with our existing ERP systems, saving us from duplicate entry. The UI is intuitive and user friendly. The various tools keep our quick, complex jobs organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ERP integration is perfectly functional, there are a number of features that could be added. On the flip side of this, as a Sage 300 CRE user, we understand that some of these limitations are technical and due to the nature of Sage itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore has made is easier for our project managers to manage multiple jobs, keep all of their commitments in order, have an easier time with subcontractor invoicing, and generally guide most aspects of our projects directly in ProCore.
Procore is used in almost every aspect of our site, contractor, and safety management
What do you like best about the product?
All our paperwork and documentation, including prints, are in one central location available to all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms and Documents are not saved in the exact location making it difficult for a 3rd party or new user to track down paperwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps streamline our HSMS auditing program as well as ensures that all workers have immediate access to all forms they may need access to
Procore ROCKS
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is wonderful at tracking due dates, assigning to contacts and sending email reminders. You can send change orders and subcontracts through DocuSign. Great communication tools. Always improving. 360 Reporting is getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more flexibility. I'd like the ability to search for "blank" or "missing" information. Such as which change events do not have any RFQs? All the add-ins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chat sessions are quick and helpful, often reminding me of something I've forgotten, screen share to walk you through. Add UserVoice and they listen to comments. They are constantly striving to improve every tool. They are expanding all tools with a revamp and more filters and granular info.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is turning document management into a simple task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore would be perfect if there was a better collaboration between different teams' own Procore projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore increased our team's efficiency dramatically by cutting the time spent in organizing and managing all the documents coming from different departments.
Procore is great for compiling, storing, and sharing all things pertaining to construction.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the software makes everything you will need just a short click away. Also the ability to create PDF's and reports to show just about anything and shareing it makes it easy for everyone to get a grasp of what is going on in a given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that I dislike about Procore. If I had to choose 1one, it would be while viewing punch list items, when viewing one if you go back, it takes to you the first page and you will have to go back through pages to find the specific one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving many things such as a way to store, track, and distribute everything from submittal, RFI's, and drawings, which in turn allows for a smooth turnaround process.
Leverage of data
What do you like best about the product?
The information can be searched and shared. Data can be found within each topic or project easily. Models can be shared and viewed by anyone. Coordination issues help keep everybody in line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the number of notifications is too small; other times, there are too many notifications. The control inside of the coordination issues. Need to be able to add more than one person to a review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More tools are being developed. The functionality of existing tools is expanding. Simple to use.
Efficient way to communicate between all parties
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly. I can quickly navigate submittal, review and return submittals. Also see others response to the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably there is a better way to organize the latest drawing or sync the files to the local drive in the user computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittal reviewing and approving the submittal. It is great at connecting different parties togther and make sure everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is easy to navigate, but my favorite feature is the chat function for questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sage 300 connector can be finicky and we can't use the Prime Contract ERP function because it doesn't work with our processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on the ERP intergration which is huge for us. They are also focusing more on the financials which with help across the board.
