Great software for General Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Drawings features. Support is great. Ease of collaboration with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bidding app needs some work. Takeoff app is okay, but needs more work.

all projects are together in one area and all the information on each project is easily accessible

Some minor things. Printing from Procore is not feature rich. Procore should allow you to email any document from within Procore. The drawing tool needs to be more powerful and feature rich

It solves the problem of scattered information. Everything is together. And it is great to be on the cloud

Construction account that is accurate and detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with QucikBooks is good, but could be much better

Tieing all project financial data in one place. It is quick and easy to find information.
Procore - Great Construction Cloud Software with Fantastic Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly with multiple platforms (online, drive, mobile, etc.) so everyone can stay connected. It creates nice reports and integrates with many apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has constant updates. I would like them to stick to quarterly or annual updates, similar to how Apple rolls out its software updates. They also need to do more quality control because it is very glitchy. It is missing a major component of the GCs - compliance. They purchased Levelset last year, and we're still waiting to see how that gets integrated. It is also costly. Procore emails look like spam, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team provide the same experience to owners and manage workflow consistently. Procore helps our team stay on top of their daily tasks. We have also integrated with Power BI so we can run analyses on projects and make decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Submittal setting and fillable area need improvement. Note section is not expanded. Distribution cannot be enter by first name/ company name (only by last name) Filler is not friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has not resolve the problem for many months. Updates on the status notification does not follow thru.
The biggest step in Project Management to date
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and availability of the most up-to-date documents project-wide, from anywhere. Real-time updates on changes, RFI's, drawings and correspondence are all in one, easy to use program / app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of change management into existing ERP systems is a little rocky at first. After working with Procore's tech support, the issues were resolved and we have had little issue since. There is always a starting inertia when it comes to interfacing systems, and Procore's tech support was amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The specific and only issue we have had was synchronizing our cost codes in our estimating software with those uploaded to Procore, for change management. We are working with Procore's tech support to resolve the discrepancies.
Procore is a jack of all trades program, we utilize it in all divisions and it is user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Procore is the templates when setting up jobs. We also have document templates that transfer to each project we set up. This is very helpful to make sure nothing is left out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you have to download and re-upload documents when you are done editing them in Procore. It would be simpler if you could edit them without downloading them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us solve the problem of tracking RFI and Submittal details, dates, and times. This is making our company way more productive because it tracks who did it, when they did it, etc.
Worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly upload documents and specifications for all subs to see.
The submittal process flow saved us 1 hour plus per submittal over our previous spreadsheet/transmittal/email method for just the input. When you add up the total process time, we calculated a 3 hour savings on average

What do you dislike about the product?
Just understanding which modules you need and which ones you do not at first. While there is quite a bit of customization provided, it would be nice to give the end user even more customization for forms rather than having to go through the Procore experts

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about procore is that it keeps all information in a central place and gives users the ability to handle everything from any location. I have used other products and have needed to have different programs for document management, scheduling, reporting, budgets, etc. Procore keeps it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling tool needs some work. It would be great if Procore could partner with a company to get that Tool fully functioning without the need for MS Projects or a similar program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving issues with document distribution as well as organization within our company. This allows team members to spend more time on mitigating risk and handling issues that may arise.

1. Sometimes, the daily log is slow
2. Sometimes, the emails can't reach all of the notified users, greatly improved over the years.
3. No map or geographic display in the feature for projects like railway projects
4. The specification is not straightforward for a multi discipline, multi scope projects, hope it can be improved like the drawings tool.
