Fast pace construction requires great document management and Procore delivers.

The excellent mobile app that ties directly to their website as well. Access to all important documents online and off.

Some tools could have better cross-connections, submittals to commitments for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittal and drawing delivery to the field, keeping everyone on the same page with the latest infromation
Best way to manage Construction Jobs
What do you like best about the product?
Procore manages all aspects of jobs - including documentation, financials, safety, and includes helpful software integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Procore had its own HR integration. Procore is expensive comparatively - while it has many options - I have found few companies that use them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives up-to-date financials so that you can know the health of a project. Procore also provides a comprehensive way to document what is happening on a job and what has happened on the job in its daily life cycle.
Procore has created a seamless portal for all my project management needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Procore is the schedule interrogation with MS project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is some areas are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would like the budget tool columns to show past snapshots of previous months over/under.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped solve the issue of getting information from the field. Photos and daily logs are now easily uploaded and can be seen by the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan on taking it slow. It will take months to make it through all the differant areas of the software. Make sure you have only one person in charge when you start with Procore.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
There is a tool for everything you need, and if you need assistance, they have helpful informative videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, it is very beneficial for our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking documentation better and having date stamps available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask support if you have any questions or concerns; they are will to help and explain everything.
Procore is wonderful
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is super easy to use. It has made my life so much easier at work. Having everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do not like is there are a lot of slow periods certain times of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized in one space on a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great program for Project Managers
Construction Project Management User
What do you like best about the product?
The best PROCORE feature is related to the graphical user interface (GUI).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Help function could be a bit more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PROCORE enables my team to work collaboratively on the management of complex construction projects.
The benefits have been numerous, but the most important one is related to communication.

Best Program on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
After being in construction management for many years, I have used quite a few different programs. Procore has exceeded my expectations by far and is hands-down the best program for project management! Information is easily accessible, the interface is easy to navigate, and having all of the information on a project in a central and uniform format makes use a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be hard-pressed to find something that I have found that I dislike regarding the program. I also have found the people at Procore are continuously engaging users for feedback and making great changes as necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management, coordination of work, savings in re-work
Procore is great software that is continually improved. However, it is priced high.
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration between all departments keeps everyone in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is high. I'm not a fan of the SIGNIFICANT annual increases in cost. They do not consider how much time I spend helping them improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration had been a big problem for us before Procore. The Procore software has workflows and onsite accessibility that keeps everyone in the know. It is helping a lot with our collaboration. We can add key people to the workflows to better work through issues.
Time saver and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is user friendly and a great time saver. It provides on the job training, all parties can have access, and saves paper and ink. The additional apps are wonderful and can meet the needs of any business. The support is wonderful. It is always timely and helpful. Tutorials are available at all times to users which speeds up the training. Users do not have to take notes or screen shots, if you need a refresher just use the help button. The open forum is a great feature so users can ask questions and get feedback from other users in the same industry or a wide spread of other industries. Procore has been easy for our company to adopt and many of our subs use as well. The customization offered by Procore is superior. The are open to work with you on an individual basis to achieve your goals. Often they implement tools that users suggested which is a plus. They listen. They give feedback. They improve and implement often. The openness to improve their own product is outstanding and timely. Groundbreak is a must on a yearly basis. The convention is one of a kind. You never get bored and the key note speakers are top notched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions structure needs more flexibility. It is an all or nothing right now and needs some additional levels. Customization by position would be helpful so we can set limits on some and expand others. Administrative level is too wide spread and is used by most positions. We need an additional level so we can customized user permissions. In many cases we are giving too much to certain users for just one or two functions. I would like to see improvement made in the Directory. For example, one email needs to be allowed for multiple users. Many of our subs use generic emails and we would like to add multiple names to one email. Also, an edit to email address for a user would be helpful, especially when you make a keying error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation is much easier to access and users are inclined to file it in one place. The email feature allows users to correspond with inside and outside parties which decreases the burden to document conversations. Submittals were a huge timely process in the past. Now key in and distribute. Everyone gets a copy and can do their part which saves a large amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for a week. Compare to two other companies. I guarantee you will love it. Procore may be a bit more expensive but it is worth it. The support you receive is superior. Customization has no limit and you can make it your own. Procore continues to introduce other apps and software to integrate with theirs to improve and maximize the user experience. If you wish to decrease time and paper switch to Procore.
Great for linking all aspects of a project
What do you like best about the product?
In my role as an MEP coordinator, it can be hard to get the coordination issues in line with the flow of work in the field. With the Procore plugin for Navis, I can push coordination issues directly into the RFI module so the draft not only has screenshots of how it looks in the model but it also is a link to the spot in the model for the designers to review. I can also push the latest iteration of the coordination model to Procore and the superintendents can navigate through it. The model navigation on the tablet app is easy to learn, which means the field side actually looks at it and doesn't have another program to fumble through. The Owner/design side can also have access to the latest model so I don't have to worry about permissions on the file sharing site we use. All in all, it streamlines my side of the project and keeps everyone on the same page.
The Procore app also enables the users to download the coordination model to their tablet, so they don't need a signal in order to access it in the field. We don't always have a signal beyond our jobsite trailers, so this is a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few issues I have with Procore is that I really need the permissions to be a bit more granularized for the Coordination Module. It's something I can work with, but I'm very stingy with my permissions. Another issue is the customizations of reports. Another program we have used were able to give us more flexibility on these two issues, but they are issues that are on Procore's radar to address in an upcoming update. The acknowledgment of issues like these and the openness of working on a solution is a great thing about this company, so I've learned to be a little patient. I have seen some updates that address the issues I have, so that's great to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is getting the field team to be more aware of what I'm doing on the BIM. Since we have our financials and safety on this program as well, it's great to have all the information in one place. Coordination issues become RFIs, which get tagged to Change Events, which are then linked to Change Orders. The 'paper trail' is easier to follow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you'd like to get more aspects of your construction project onto one platform, this is a great one.
