Everything I need in once place!
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking of documents such as RFI's and submittals is extremely helpful. No more need for excel logs. I also love the drawings tool. It's the easiest way to keep the entire team up to date with drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial submittal log process is cumbersome and I wish the drawing overlay function would be available in the iOS app as well as the web interface. Some of the drawing tools could also be more user friendly (no way to highlight curved items such as ductwork).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It houses all pertinent info in one place for the entire team vs. using a server.

I can not think of anything at this point.

Nothing at this time. Procore has always done what I need it to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of all project files in one place, mobile option for filling out the daily report and photo documentation. Photo sharing with the client and architect instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The high memory required for Procore on your mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient tracking of issues and punch lists. The reminder emails are very valuable.

Easy to learn and great functionality. Love the mobility of the system.

The emails. I wish there was a way to set up to receive a single daily update email.

Procore is a tool that makes it easier to keep track of several balls in the air at a single time.
Procore, An Essential Tool for Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is easy to navigate, with lots of features and user-friendly functions. The ability to quickly find and export important information is also a key benefit. Customizable reports are also a great feature. The Procore app is also another plus, especially for field personnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some available features are not used very often, as they can be redundant. Also, even though the Procore app allows a user to enter, access and export a lot of information, some functions are not available on the app and can only be done using the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the business problem of information access. It's great at keeping all of the information entered organized and easy to retrieve. Some of the benefits that we have realized include report customization, field use integration, and information synchronization. Once all of the company organization departments are fully integrated into Procore, it eliminates much of the double entry that sometimes happens between the accounting and project management departments.

The organizational aspects, ease of use, ability to communicate to other and compile plans and revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far; everything seems to work very well

Keeping up with plan revisions and communicating them to the field guys.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has combined several construction management tasks into a turnkey, one-stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark-up tools in Procore need to be more advanced.

Procore has made keeping an up to date set of documents much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We researched many Construction PM softwares, tried some and then landed on Procore and have not looked back.

I like being able to update drawings and send notifications

The price continues to increase. This will eventually lead to a search for a cheaper solution.

Organizing construction docs and picture storage

Procore is well accepted throughout the industry. Very user friendly and great support.

Procore allows me to feel confident that all of the trades on site have the most up to date information at all times.

There is a bit of learning curve for new users, but it is very easy to pick-up and continue to use once you dive in!

It helps us track documentation we need from subcontractors so nothing falls through the cracks.
