Great
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very intuitive, great training and help section for when you do have to figure things out. Support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like some flexibility in what office vs field can see with cost codes ... but you can always Post and Idea and see what others are asking for ... ProCore does make changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking - easy to track status of everything, keep track of everything - who has what, where do you have to follow up. Getting information back from the field is instant, no longer waiting for the guys to bring in paperwork.
Reliable, Fast, All In One Project Management Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is located in one place within the cloud. Anyone who is allowed access can access it without having to pay additional fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Program is constantly evolving and growing which makes it hard for some of the more non-technology savy users to keep up with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, access of information, keeping everyone organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive approach to having all construction management tools and programs under a single roof. Makes it easier to manage everything from finances, contracts, change orders, insurance, meetings, etc in a single location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the areas where you can't customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to put all financial pieces together in one location, which helps with accounting and billing processes.
Lacks some, but they're constantly adding to it
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud functionality and plan cabinet are key to staying up to date. Punchlists are now down because issues are being addressed earlier. The ball-in-court system has helped immensely with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The procore drive isn't an active sync to our network folders and the project management is not much more than a document manager. Integration isn't as smooth with Sage 300 as I'd like to see. For instance, you can't export a subcontractor's pay app to accounting...so we're stuck with doing double entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They biggest key is that we've been able to get plans out to the field and communicate better with our subs.

Procore is great. It has completely changed the way we communicate and handle paperwork. It is seamless and has saved us many hours

Nothing. It is a great tool with great customer service

Communication, seamless document exchange between engineer/architect, owner, office and field. Everything is in one location
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a software to improve communication between the owner/client, engineer/architect, office and the field this is the product to use. The customer service is great and it is very easy to use.
Fantastic Software
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool is brilliant, the functions and features available save so much time working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is still US based and there are various elements which are not so relevant to the UK industry or are missing, such as a dedicated CVI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore keeps track of everything for us and we have certainty that all documents and emails are stored and available at anytime. It provides so much additional security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have had difficulties getting the companies we work with to fully commit to using the system so it advised to set up workshops and try to be strict upon its implementation across the board on projects.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you download drawings into the drawing folders and it pulls up the revision , Drawing title, and Drawing number. Makes my job so much easier

I actually like everything about it. No complaints here

Uploading and making sure we up the most up to date drawings , Bulletins, Ect.

Get it. You wont be sorry

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is constantly adding new features and improving. They offer one of the most comprehensive construction project management solutions. Support is always a phone call or chat window away and they really listen to your issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs have continued to increase every year. Sometimes it seems we are now getting charged for things that were previously part of our contract with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for virtually seamless sharing of information between the office, jobsite and stakeholders. Drawing management, drawing markup, RFIs, punch lists are all handled very well.
Good use for Consultants
What do you like best about the product?
Meeting Minutes and version control have been my favorite features
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the customer support emailed you with a recap. Sometime I ask a question and then forget to respond

Information flow to all team members is critical
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask questions. Utilize the forms. Use the product for what works with your business, but if something is not efficient for your business try to dig in to why....Procore is pretty accommodating and always updating their product based on customer feedback
