All project users need to be equally disciplined about using it.
Since many suppliers on a project use different platforms for different projects, it would be nice if it were even MORE intuitive.

That it is cloud based, very helpful customer service.

Doesn't total reconciliations please add a total for the commitments.

Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
Saves a lot of time and energy by streamlining and centralizing much of our data and documents. Change history and record keeping has made huge improvements to accountability within our projects. Procore is a company that is directly involved and genuinely concerned with its user's needs like I have never seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into several bugs and other issues. Support is very helpful, but sometimes they are not able to provide a fix quick enough to avoid significant issues on our end. Product updates are frequent, which I think is good, but sometimes they are communicated poorly and can cause confusion. Many of our users complain about the number of email notifications they receive. Some tools are not yet capable of meeting our needs (compliance management, accounting), but things seem to be headed in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater accountability, ease of access to commitments and documents, communication and record keeping, reporting

Do it!
A simple product with features that can be formed to a businesses needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use across platforms. Easy to use web interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails are slow to go out. Our business operates much faster that procore can manage email.

Document management, accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tools- were it shows me the drawings and i can markup- or serve through hem quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that it takes a lot of steps to do one simple thing sometimes.
The Fact that when i add certain things/people it is hard to remove.

Pretty much everything.
We can facilitate drawings to everyone who needs its.
We can mark up at the same time and not have to wait and possibly forget. It keeps amazing track of everything, emails- log ins- notes- ect.

Yes i recommend this program for construction use. it facilitates our guys on the field as well as our information in-house.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy it is to use and navigate and how progressive the development team is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure there is much I dislike - I have been able to find a work around for just about everything and if not, usually the software team creates an update that fixes whatever issue I am having!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and communication issues. Everyone can be in the know and on the same page with projects are some of the benefits we have experienced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great software for management, we are not using an accounting software that is compatible - keep that in mind when looking to switch.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I really like the RFI module and the meeting minutes modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the submittal module as it is only geared towards a general contractor from the GC perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solved the issue of being able to access job files from any internet connection instead of a jobsite hard drive. This allows some of us to work remotely at times if needed and allows the home office visibility to the job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a general contractor looking for some quality project management software, Procore is a good fit. The level of service they provide is great, but to be clear the program is designed for a GC. If you are a prime subcontractor, this product has some holes that can make things more difficult to navigate. Additionally if multiple contractors on the same project are utilizing Procore, the software does not talk to each other.

What do you like best about the product?
There is one location, where all team members can access the various documents for the project such as RFIs, Submittals, Meeting Minutes, Drawings, Daily Logs, Change Orders. These are all readily available and are documents referenced on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the size of company that we are, some of the tools or elements offered within each tab are not required. It would be great to be able to simplify or custom the tabs per company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a General Contractor, we use Procore for project documentation. It is a great system that keeps the documents organized and allows you to track their distribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Provide employee training so that all employees are using Procore in the same manner. The user consistency will yield more accurate performance reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can get lost in the rabbit hole so to speak. There is so much and it goes so deep. If there were more individual classes offered for training that would be stupendous. The training videos are a great resource but it's hard to retain such a wealth of information in one sitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problems we are solving are 1)communication - everyone is able to stay on the same page really easily. 2) Accountability. The ball in court assigns and tracks who is responsible for what. It is really reallly great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth the investment. Unlimited storage space, customization options, etc. IF you try it and like it, just consider integration as well. We are going to implement it and it will be our total and only well rounded tool .

Procore Drive verses the online view. The app and the web page do not align.

Procore allows me a vision of all our projects all the time, this is critical to my success.
