Best Construction Management Software Available
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool is the most critical tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to report as a dislike extra characters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination between drawings (and revisions and documents) and documentation of jobsite
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow the tutorials and reach out to customer support. they are always available through the live chat and are very helpful. the solution to your problem is typically very easy to figure out.

The ability to track the project financially at a glance
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the drawing management . Procore sometimes mixes up drawing numbers and folds one into the other. I also dislike the Change order process. Keep it simple!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is better when everyone utilizes the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sync with more bookkeeping programs. Make things such as the Change order application simple.

The easiness of logging in to one site and having all my info on the job available in front of me

Sometimes it can be a little over whelming but with ta little learning this program can be your go to all in one!

Its nice to be familiar with a website most general contractors are picking up

It will become your friend in the construction community. remembering passwords will be a think of the past!
Great all in one project management system
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has really benefited from having all of our project data in one place. The ability to utilize our mobile devices, both on and off-line, has also been a huge advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't thrilled with the changes currently being made to the pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring data via Procore has been a big advantage in terms of large drawing and submittal files.
The obvious choice
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the obvious choice - it’s the iPhone of construction software: it does everything well, is totally intuitive, and it’s getting further and further ahead of its peers all the time. And like the iPhone, those great features mean that more and more users are joining the Procore community all the time, which is a great feature unto itself. Just by mentioning that we use Procore gives us instant credibility with clients, subcontractors, designers, and prospective employees. And because many in those groups have already used Procore, it becomes that much easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here. The biggest space for improvement I see is bringing in more detailed data from our accounting software (Sage) so that our PMs can get all the data they need right within Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest single improvement we are seeing is improvement to our consistency of process and client experience across our projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much in Procore as you can as soon as you can to take best advantage of the efficiency gained by the integration of features.
Helpfull and Knowledgable Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the chat support crew. They make my life so much easier and have the chat option allows me to continue working on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. For a little office like ours, its very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and communication. We are proud to share Procore with our clients and our subcontractors. I keeps us all on the same page.

Very easy to understand and implement

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cross reference between drawings, rfi's and schedule on one platform is tremendous. When properly linked, the software makes it much easier to transfer info between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up each project is extremely time consuming and changes to settings do not apply to existing submittals. This has been a huge headache in trying to adjust the settings best for the project team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to create logs is a huge plus- love that we were able to put together a custom procurement log.
User Friendly & Virtual Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore is dummy proof and easy to use. We love that every aspect of the project can be organized in one place. ProCore makes communication with the general contractor easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much ProCore, but we have found that the GCs are not properly trained on how to use ProCore properly, so many times we do not get the project information when we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: schedules, communication, submittals, billing, and change orders are all in one place; almost like a virtual assistant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be sorry. If you are looking for a program, easy to use and affordable, Procore is it. We are able to log in to Procore and make sure that we have stayed on schedule, and that we have our submittals/ drawings ready to be approved and reviewed.

I like that we only need one program, it makes project management so much more efficient. Everything is in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting minutes are clunky it is hard to be efficient in the window. It is sometime much easier to use a word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budget management is so much easier

Drawings, Specs, RFI's, and more right at your finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems as if Procore is made more for General Contractors as opposed to Subcontractors.

Getting the updated drawings and info to the field quickly.
