Great Team Integration, but Needs More Customizable Views

What do you like best about the product?
The communication with subcontractors and the integration with both the Field and Design Teams have been effective. I find the RFI, Observations, and RFQ features to be particularly useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to customize all views and have those settings persist for each user across all tools is a significant drawback. The PDF review and markup features are also quite limited; they really need to match the full functionality of Bluebeam, or the platform should consider integrating Bluebeam as the markup and review tool. Additionally, the lack of a side-by-side comparison feature in the desktop version is frustrating. When using the drawing comparison tool, it should be possible to export PDFs at the full, original size of the drawing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pay application approval, Observations are awesome tool for communicating various sub needs/ requests from GC.

Great Financial Tool, but App Limitations and Permissions Are Frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
I like the financial tool. I have found it much easier to keep everything in one location. We have other softwares but then you run into the issue of the programs communicating correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only do certain things on the app instead of everything you can do on the computer. I also don't like how if you don't have permissions Procore wont even show you an option. I will spend all day looking for it and then after extensive investigation I just find out I don't have permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the reports and photos in one web based location.

Great for Organization, but Updates Can Be Overwhelming for Small Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me incredibly organized. Frequent updates keep things running smoothly and it is quite intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although updates are frequent - they sometimes come across as a bit complicated for smaller companies. I.E. the upcoming workflows update while being useful is also making it more difficult on our end specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping our books easily organized and not a hassle to navigate.

Consistent Project Management and Fast Vendor Responses with Room for Customization

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things is that when done correctly our projects managers are in theory interchangable, the consistency in our project managers has built a large gap so using the tools as intended makes it quiet simple for anyone to jump in and figure out where the project is. We also noticed that using RFI's has dramatically reduced the response time with our European vendors who do not like having "official" requests pinging them so they answer very quickly. Our customer success team are also extremely helpful and always available to help us through any struggles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quiet a few areas that need some focusing and adding the ability to completely customize the tools. A great example is the daily log, currently very limited although what's really cool is that Procore continues to invest in the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no actual construction dedicated software so managing communication, drawings, scheduling, completely manual. This led to tons of risks and opportunities for failure.

Holistic Project Management, but Inconsistent Account Support

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the holistic approach to the Project life cycle. The tools are effective, the training is best in class, and the Procore team members are rock stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate that the Customer Success Team continue to grow and move on, but it would be great to have a consistent contact for our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again the approach to all phases of the Project life cycle is unmatched. Since implementation, Procore has positively changed how we drive project success.

It is a very user friendly software. Easy to learn.

I wish there were more field customizations for different tools.

Document retention and document control. A central place to store our companies important job site information and communications with subs and owners.

Great Integration and Support, but Lacks Directory Customization

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of the tools are able to work together and how the developers are always working on fixing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot customize the directory, I do not like how you can customize almost everything else but the directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been having issue with the filtering in the bidding tool and in the 360 reporting so we have been working with the developers to solve the issue.

User experience, interface is easy to adapt to. Lots of support.

So far there is nothing I dislike about Procore. Our experience has been great so far.
