Great Support Team, but Release Communication Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I love my customer support team, especially JIll L., Riley H., Emily W. and many more! Tool is very easy to use and configurations are well supported to implement new and updated releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a clear idea of releases to align our own business strategies doesn't always align, but our CSM team work well with us to keep us in the know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is as much an all in one software that serves as our platform of record. Easy for our users and external clients and trades.
Great Value with Robust Features, but a Bit Clunky

I like the robust features on the budget

A little clunky and some extra detail when not necessary

We use it for all of our project management. We wouldn't be able to function without it
Simple to Use, But Overwhelming with Features

It's easy to use and navigate, very intuitive.

Too many things and I don't use most of them

Making everything integrate within all the modules and making it easy to do all the work we do more efficiently
Decent Interface, but Procore Needs AI Agents and Better Reporting

I'm not a frequent user, but the interface seems to be fine.

Procore would be better with AI agents and improved reporting customization

I'm not a very frequent user, but Procore is the source of truth for a lot of the data that my team looks at
Efficient Collaboration, but Owner Adoption and Form Complexity Are Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers ease and efficiency for job teams, allowing everyone involved—whether Owner, AEC, Trades, or GC—to view all information live and simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most owners and architects are not fond of using Procore, which often results in extra work since information must be sent to owners outside of the platform to get approvals. Additionally, some of the forms feel cumbersome and take a considerable amount of time to complete, which discourages field teams from entering information, especially for tasks like safety inspections and audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One consistent location to handle project management activities of the project along with document management
Great for Collaboration, but Inconsistencies Make Training Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
This software is widely used by both designers and contractors, which makes adoption and collaboration much smoother and requires minimal training. The customer support team responds quickly and genuinely tries to assist, no matter the time of day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules remain inconsistent, particularly in how you search for names or partners, which can differ from one module to another. Because of these differences, I still need to explain certain 'caveats' to my superintendents and engineers so they know how to complete specific reports. This makes it more challenging to adopt new tools. For example, with the Observation tool, you can't send out just one item as you would with a punch list; instead, you have to send everything at once, even if only one item is ready for distribution and the others are not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an all-in-one program that enables us to take advantage of new tools as they are developed, making it easier to manage our work with fewer people.
Easy to Use for All, but Needs Some Improvements

I like how it is easy to use for both office and field personal

There are some glitches still, and some features missing certain things.

It is letting software being used by everyone within the project and having everyone be on the same page
Great Document Control, but User Adoption Is a Challenge
What do you like best about the product?
The document control and tracking makes my life and job so much easier and more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting more users to actually use the software from my company.

Document control and scheduling coordination on projects.
Procore is a very useful and easily navigated software.

I don't like that I didn't find out about Procore sooner.
