The learning aspect for new users, especially those who are of the older old school generation, and not so capable of using the tools

For us, Procore keeps everything in one place, making it easy to find and go back to when needed. It saves time and helps us stay on top of the latest information.
Procore: Effortless Project Tracking Anytime, Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Procore for its flexibility and convenience, allowing me to access it both in the field and from the office or home. It's incredibly easy to upload progress updates, photos, and daily reports directly from my mobile phone while I'm on-site. At the office, I have full access to critical functionalities such as managing submitters, RFIs, budgets, billing, and all relevant project information, which I can update effortlessly. The ease of use makes Procore a very good tool because it provides a seamless experience across different roles and tasks, enhancing productivity and ensuring that all the project's information is consolidated in one place. The setup of Procore is remarkably straightforward, and I appreciate how easy it is to get started with it. Overall, Procore's user-friendly nature and comprehensive features significantly aid in the efficient management and tracking of construction projects.

I use Procore to have all information in one place, upload progress from my mobile, and manage project details from the office or home, simplifying tracking and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The budget and drawing management tools have been the most helpful for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, there is no way to set up a project template for new projects that auto populates specifications and submittal packages. This adds hours of data entry when starting new projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows me to manage and send current drawing packages to all sub-contractors/consultants easily and without the use of a 3rd party dropbox or cloud storage. It also keeps a record or previous drawing revisions which are easy to refer to.
Great Suite for managing every aspect
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface makes it easy to accomplish goals that are pretty standard in the construction management sphere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious if you want to change or remove a cost or budget code and it's being used, it doesn't tell you where it's being used or give you the option to blanket delete them. This option could be dangerous resulting in permanent changes to budgets or databases, but it should still be something available to do at the admin level. It takes a lot of time to hunt down where the codes are being used currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing workflow and putting our data into a single software is helping us keep track of the overall project. Using excel spreadsheets that are saved in windows folders that contain multiple versions of the same information is confusing when the goal is to find the most up to date information on a project.

It's extremely versatile. There are editing functions and customizable options to help tailor fit the software to your company needs.

Because it is such a vast operating software it is easy to get lost in all the information being thrown at you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It aids in creating project portfolios to track customers as well as allows you to create individual entries for employees. This allows me to follow projects step by step and included necessary individuals.

I used Procore on another project invited by our client. It seems pretty easy to maneuver the modules that are needed for a project to run smoothly. I like how everyone on the project gets a notification when there's something pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it long enough to dislike it.

To be able to work with our clients that use Procore already.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It sometimes feels like an age from hearing about improvements on the Roadmap to them actually landing on your platform but this isn't really a negative, more a perceived frustration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has taken the processes we use every day on our projects and centralised them in easy to use tools that otherwise would have been a mix of spreadsheets, folders on a server and other manual data input processes. With very little change to what a manager has to carry out in their normal day-today we can extract live reports and positions across our approval processes, QA checklists and documentation, drawing and document management and schedule monitoring, linked across different tools within the package. This removes double entry of information and allows automated reporting at scheduled times across different tools to the stakeholders of the projects.
