Learning a new system, not their fault..

Getting eveeryone to use the same program and be able to find documents and save them in real time.

being able to look up job numbers and see which drawings are used for my job

If you don't have knowledge about Procore, its almost impossible to use

If i cant find any information, i can always rely on Procore to have everything i need about a job

The procedure of working which need to follow and so systematic you will get everything in one platforms.

Not able to manually sync project ourselves in real time.

Procurement, the process of acquiring goods and services, faces several challenges, including supplier risk, cost control, and regulatory compliance. However, effective procurement practices can lead to significant benefits like cost savings, improved quality, and reduced risks.
Great explanations and easy to use training material.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the training provided with the software. Most beneficial is that it holds all the documents and they can be easily viewed from desktop or the app. The customer support is also great, I used it for the first time earlier this week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I do like about Procore except that it is another application which requires training to be productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is serving at the holding place for all project related files. It is beneficial because the project manager, superintendent, and the sub contractors all have access to view and update files.
Procore ensures as a contractor we are always looking at the latest drawings.
What do you like best about the product?
Updated drawings - ensuring from the office to on site we are looking at the same drawings. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to share.

Ensuring utilizing latest drawings and monthly billing facilitated

The ability to have just about everything you need at your fingertips. Courses can be reviewed if unsure of what you are doing is correct. Customer Service is great.

Nothing at this point. Will update if anything comes to mind.

The team set up and ease of use makes it very friendly for our mid-size construction company.

I have not found any issues with the software at this time.
