Procore for Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for Document Management especially in Construction, you can see the status of the documents like RFI, Technical Submittals, Drawings Etc. you can also check the review progress in the Workflow (who is reviewing, due date of review).
What do you dislike about the product?
you need to navigate or filter for every document status, and the approval/review is uploaded in different line, overall there is no much problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document Management, you can see the overall progress or status of the particular document.

Variety of functionality, ux, customized reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have TOO many features at times, makes it difficult to onboard less sophisticated employees/vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better job costing visibility and reporting. This helps us get clarity on where we are over/underestimating

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is how every tool and page are similar, this makes the platform easy to navigate and use. The Training Center and Support pages are very informational and learner friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe I have any dislikes about Procore, only that I haven't taken advantage of these tools to their full potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me assign and track items that need completed by our contractors. I love the accountability and tracking.

Project Overview for RFIs and Submittals is helpful at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need notification bell for New Uploads. Project workflow when reviewing RFIs is cumbersome, can be simplified in a expand/collapse format instead of left/right scroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowchart tracking for open RFIs and Submittals. I can easily see in project overview which ones are overdue, pending, and open.
Construction Project Management with Procore.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very streamlined and easy to use. Having a solid interface makes the learning experience much easier for new hires and for subtrades who are new to the platform. Keeps everything for a project organized in one simple and interconnected place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore could benefit from having additional folder options for things such as deficiencies. I am currently working on a multi-phase project that shares a lot of the same things between floors, but organizing deficiencies per floor is not easy to do, if it can be done at all. I am still trying to see if there is some sort of workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of interconnectivity between a multitude of role-players on a construction project, connecting everyone from the GC, Architects, Engineers, to all the trades from the millworkers to the painters and the drywallers etc.
Everyone can refer to one thing and mitigate confusion across multi-year projects.

Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Submittals and scheduling tools, ease of use. Lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all, I can't really think of anything that I dislike about it.

All project data, drawings, submittals, RFIs all in one platform. Marking up drawings for field staff to view live.

Not being able to expand column sizes on submittal, RFI section

Ability to have all project related information from Shop drawings, drawings, RFI's etc in a very easy to use easy to view platform

the lessons were concise and helpful, and i liked how you gave quizzes

some of the videos could have been just a footnote, like they were kind of self explanatory
