Procore - The Secret to a Happy Life
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Procore workflows. They make it very easy to track all your open tasks and deliverables. Project executives love it because it leaves a papertrail on everything. PE's love it because it significantlly reduces manual data entry and input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subcontractor involvement is always a hassle. Some subs resist, but you get that with any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have come along way in developing their change event workflows.

Not many subcontractor use this so it doesnt communicate well with others

An Essential Tool for Payroll and Billing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Procore in our company for the past few months, and I can confidently say that it has been the perfect tool for managing payroll and billing processes.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, which makes the learning process quick. The integration with our current systems has been seamless, allowing for smooth data synchronization across different platforms.

Sometimes it's a bit slow to load the daily logs

Using Procore allows a single contact to coordinate with multiple people, and mulitple projects from one command center.

you can upload pictures for punch list and we can see the pictures and the issue, way easier and faster

nothing really. the software is honestly amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a must-have tool for staying organized and on top of everything in construction projects. It makes it easy to follow up on tasks and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. The platform is very helpful for managing all aspects of a project and provides great visibility for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I sometimes find editing submittals to be a bit complicated, but overall, it’s a fantastic software that has proven invaluable for keeping everything streamlined and efficient. Highly recommend it for anyone in construction!

Haven't been using it long enough. May require some training to take full advantage of features.

Procore - a program that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a really great program and i am glad we started using it. Timesheets are simple, easy approval process and very little room for error when entering time. The tools options are endless and you can esentially create any type of document, inspection, form that you want, modify it to exactly what you need for your specific job, project or site. The mobile version is extremely user friendly and any person can use it regardless of their computer knowledge. The help chat is amazing, quick and efficient. i love being able to get real time help and not have to wait days to get a reply back. I really do think Procore is great!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but the procore training can be a bit overwhelming, and information overload. i reccommend people trying procore to play around and use the sandbox or test project as much as they can!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving our ability to track equipment on site and create T&M tickets in real time, and get signatures, send info to the client.
Easy to use project software in one package.
What do you like best about the product?
I have begun completing several online Procore certification courses. These courses are well structured and provide a clear, foundational understanding of key features and functionalities of the Procore software.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find Procore challenging to navigate, particularly when learning new features, but continued practice has increased my confidence and efficiency.

Efficiently an organization. We are able to streamline projects quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe it is the best overall job tracking program. It is easy to navigate, easy upload: download, and easily editable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's double the work when using on a government project. Everything entered in pro core ahs to be re entered in RMS.
