Easy Travel Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo because it is easy to use and especially useful for managing company and travel expenses. I also appreciate that a card can be assigned to the employee with limits, which makes expense management more controlled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the assignment of tickets or invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to manage and assign company expenses, it is easy and especially useful for travel expenses. With Pleo, a limitable card is assigned to the employee.
Easy-to-use app with purchase alerts that streamline ticket registration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the app, have notifications appear when making a purchase so that from the phone it automatically takes you to enter the ticket
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing I don't like, everything works well.

So far I haven't had any problems
Easy Expensing, But No Templates Means Repetitive Data Entry
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to expense which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot create a template. So if you have multiple of the same type of expenses, then you have to add all of the information again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like when it makes it easier for me to create expenses. It means that I get money returned to my bank account.
Streamlines Expense Reporting with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can just take a picture of the receipt directly in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to create a template or something similar for when you repeatedly need to file the same expense, just for a different date.

Pleo makes it possible to register expenses easily, and I like that I can just take a picture of the receipt directly in the app.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system doesn't tell if it's still busy - e.g. uploading attachments. Risk of aborting the process unintenionally.
Categories of expenses only show up if you type them correctly - they don't understand context and provide suggestions accordingly.

Ease of implementation, ease of use and super quick, and number of features.

None that I can think of, really like it all-round

enables me to spend money freely for business related purposes without having to rely on slow invoice sending and manual renumeration processes

It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a clear layout that makes it simple to find what I need.

It can be a little confusing at first, but nothing apart from that!

It makes me feel more confident when paying for work expenses, and it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s being processed properly.
Effortless Expense Tracking: Receipt Scans That Just Work
What do you like best about the product?
My employer uses it for expenses, its incredibly simple and not time consuming at all, quick photo on my phone of my reciept and it scans everything on it without me having to write any transaction myself, works perfectly every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app will log me out by itself, and since I dont use it every day I can sometimes get caught short in a queue where I need to check the PIN code for the card and oops, i'm not logged in. the last time this happened I was waiting for a train so didnt have time to go through my authentication and try to get signal, so I had to use my own debit card and claim expenses afterwards (Which was easy to do on pleo) I think this is a problem with Android / Google though not Pleo as some other apps do the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me having to write out individual expenses if I eat out for dinner or something ,it just scans the whole thing for me and sends it directly to our finance team, I barely have to do anything. The last place I worked at we'd have to manually email a photo of a reciept and then still write out each transaction on it, now Pleo does all of that for me insted.
Easy to Use on Desktop & App with Quick Face ID/PIN Login
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and it can be used on Desktop & App. Also like that you only need Face ID or PIN to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can upload attachments which are emails (File type: Outlook Item). Instead, I need to go to print the email and select 'Print to PDF' and save the email as a PDF attachment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually gather receipts and fill out a spreadsheet and submit to Finance. Instead, can do it as/when transactions are made.
Super Simple User Management and Awesome Apple Wallet Credit Card Use
What do you like best about the product?
The user management is super simple and using my credit cards in my Apple wallet is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are various phishing problems. Pleo should fix them.

We successfully use Pleo for our employees and reduce the overhead for buying gear, travelling costs and much more.
