What do you like best about the product?

How easy it was from both a manager/approvals perspective and also from a user perspective.

What do you dislike about the product?

It didn't have enough of a Global offering that we could use it in all locations for our employees.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's quick and easy to manage the expenses process which saves valuable employee time.

What do you like best about the product?

Pleo makes expense management a breeze. It's super easy to use and very intuitive. Submitting my invoices barely takes any time. Especially the fetch email is such a neat way to ensure the invoices are automatically added.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the website experiences downtime which is annoying when I have just sat down to review my monthly spending. Other than that I'm very happy with Pleo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pleo makes business purchasing and expense management very easy. I can add the cards to my Apple Wallet and even if I accidentally swipe the card I can mark it a personal purchase. Additionally, I can easily reimburse myself for any purchases made with my private card in the app. It saves time and offers transparency.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how simple and intuitive the user experience is - it makes everything easy to navigate from the start. The login process is smooth and hassle-free, which is a big plus. I’ve never run into any bugs, and I’ve always been able to submit my expenses without any issues, whether through the app or the website. Overall, it’s been super user-friendly and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

While I really appreciate how simple and streamlined the user experience is, it can sometimes feel a bit too minimal. There are quite a lot of categories to choose from when submitting expense, but without clear explanations for each one, it can be tricky to know which is the right fit. That said, this might be more of a setup issue than a problem with the app itself.

It solves the hassle of submitting invoices by making the whole process quick and effortless - you can get it done in just a couple of minutes, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?

Set up on pleo was very smooth and I like the security feature where I can set up a password. It's easy to navigate and I never feel overwhelmed when I need to upload multiple receipts cause that can be done in two easy steps. There's never any surprises cause the user can always see the balance on the card and that helps with planning.

At first I struggled uploading receipts and I reached out to support who was very swift in their response, from there on, it has been smooth sailing

Employees handle their own travel invoice, this eliminates the middle man and reduces risk of error and back and forth

What do you like best about the product?

I find Pleo to be easy-to-use with a good UX/UI. I particularly like the feature for travel costs and appreciate how effortlessly it handles travel cost reimbursements for employees, eliminating the need for manual tracking. The ability to track expenses in certain categories through the system is beneficial. The travel expenses and vendor cards features stand out as great, providing an easy and well-thought-out process, especially for employees. With vendor cards, we can offer employees freedom while still maintaining some controls.

What do you dislike about the product?

The registration of the date of card payments, accounting, and book-keeping are all still very manual, and the system does not register or learn details of expenses very well on its own. DATEV integration is improvable. The tool should learn how to allocate expenses after a while. There are some bugs in the accounting part that need to be solved.

I use Pleo for convenient travel reimbursements without manual tracking, and it helps track expenses by categories. Vendor cards give employees freedom with restrictions, but registration and bookkeeping are manual, and DATEV integration needs improvement.

What do you like best about the product?

Pleo makes handling company expenses much easier. Employees can just pay with the card and upload the receipt right away in the app, which saves a lot of time compared to traditional expense reports. From the finance perspective it’s great to have visibility of spending in real time. Overall the tool is very intuitive and easy for everyone to adopt.

Nothing comes to my mind at this moment.

Before using Pleo, managing expenses required a lot of manual work and chasing people for receipts. With Pleo the process is much smoother because employees upload receipts immediately and expenses are visible right away. This saves time for both employees and the finance team and makes expense tracking much more transparent.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Pleo is useful and easy to use. The initial setup was very good, and it works well for my needs, especially when it comes to providing a credit card number and details for test bookings. I find it sufficient and it functions well for the tasks I need it for.

nothing for the moment as I use it just for a few issues and that's very useful for me

I like Pleo because it is easy to use and especially useful for managing company and travel expenses. I also appreciate that a card can be assigned to the employee with limits, which makes expense management more controlled.

I don't like the assignment of tickets or invoices.

I use Pleo to manage and assign company expenses, it is easy and especially useful for travel expenses. With Pleo, a limitable card is assigned to the employee.

Ease of use of the app, have notifications appear when making a purchase so that from the phone it automatically takes you to enter the ticket

At the moment, there is nothing I don't like, everything works well.

You cannot create a template. So if you have multiple of the same type of expenses, then you have to add all of the information again and again.

I like when it makes it easier for me to create expenses. It means that I get money returned to my bank account.
