User-Friendly and Accurate, But App-based Verification Required

Simple, clear and user-friendly. Receipt text-recognition generally works very well.

Requirement for app-based verification, rather than alternative means.

Instant debit cards for team members, Limit management for each team member

No API or workflow to our accounting software (Fastbill or Buchhaltungsbutler)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each team members is responsible for certain saas subscriptions and travel expenses. With pleo we can give the responsibility to the team instead of having an overhead for controlling.
Effortless and Handy App for Managing Receipts
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using it. The app is really handy and I like that it can fetch receipts direct from your inbox. It's also really easy to up the allowance on the cards.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I make a purchase and can add the details in quickly and easily. I also like how effortless it is to submit and get paid for mileage.

I can't think of anything. There'd nothing I dislike about Pleo.

easy to add a new expense which is mainly what my company uses this application for. Easy to add evidence through an email / picture upload

when adding a new expense you had to add the merchant and it wasn't always clear if it was the accurate merchant and the full list was right - i couldn't always find my merchant option

easy upload of expenses so this can be reviewed and approved by management efficiently

Cost of the physical.
It feels like Pleo is starting to fall behind other business offerings, such as Revolut, which offer an amazing set of rewards and bank like features. Over time there's a real risk that the product is cannabalised and will make it very hard to stay with Pleo.

Business Expenses. Collection and automations of receipts, payments and invocies for general spend, expenses and invocies.
Convenient and User-Friendly, High Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Pleo for a year, mainly for work-related expenses like tools, equipment, and stationery. Setting it up was quite easy, just had to follow a few simple steps, activate the card, and set up an email—everything worked smoothly right from the start. Pleo makes my work life significantly easier by providing easy access to funds, and the card is accepted at multiple stores, so I never have to worry about where to shop. I find Pleo's app very convenient and ready-to-use, with features that are offering and shareable, making it easy to navigate. I integrate it with Microsoft, which enhances its utility in my work environment. Because it's such a convenient app and method of working with, I would recommend it to anyone for their business. I am so satisfied with the experience that I would give Pleo a recommendation rating of 9.5 out of 10.

I find the snapping of photos for invoices to be an area in Pleo that could use improvement.

I find Pleo simplifies my purchasing process with its card being widely accepted, providing easy access to necessary work-related items without hassle.

Nothing, good app - it is secure and looks modern as well

It is a good link between employee and company for transferring information on expenses, data is easy to input and still detailed for the financial book keeping.
Effortless Expense Entry, But Receipt Upload Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to add new expenses which is what I use it the most for. I also really like the feature that reads the image and fills in the details about the expense such as date, amount automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the way expense receipts are added could be improved. On iOS, images and PDFs can be added. Would it be better to unify adding all types of files? Is there any specific reason as to why there's a need for two choices where this could be handled programatically based on the file extension (e.g. *.pdf)? Note: I'm myself a software engineer so I think this would be a nice improvement.
