Pleo makes our expense management and monthly closing process much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Our team can handle their receipts as they use their card throughout the month. Month-end is an easy export to our accounting system
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no much I dislike about Pleo - we've had a couple issues with the export to Netsuite because of App updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qucik expense receipt processing and automated posting in our accounting system.
Finally I can easily keep track of my expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The software is a killer. It is really easy to get an overview of your own and your company expenses. I used to be really bad a getting my receipts tracked but Pleo notifies me instantly to take a photo of it.
The automatic upload/integration to my ERP works great, and the auto fetch receipt feature in Outlook is really handy.
I also get the possibility for Pleo to work as a "bank" by giving me a quite high credit amount.
Easy parring of new cards for employees is really a nice feature too.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a fee almost every time I use the card which is very high and that is on top of the monthly base fee for the subscription. For a small business this runs up quite a bill when adding up everything.
Support is not very timely. It takes 4-5 days to respond to requests - even when I answer back the minute after.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of receipts and easy overview of whats missing. This is a huge task for most business' and is completely solved in Pleo. I also get an overview of subscriptions on the card which is very handy.

Excellent solution for team expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is a platform that makes it easy to manage team expenses. It provides all employees with a controlled and efficient company payment method, without paper (no receipts or physical invoices), with expense allocation to cost centers, analytics that enable optimization and improvement of resource use, and easy transfer of all information to the company's accounting department. In my opinion, it is recommended for any company.

The Pleo account re-charge it is not as fast as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide business cards to the team with expense control. Eliminate physical invoices and receipts. Simplify accounting for team expenses and enable their control, analysis, and optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has a great customer support, ranging from fraud-support to regular customer success.
The user interface, rules, approvals and spend-management are top. It’s very simple to optimise workflows and reoccurring tasks within Pleo which further enhances the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about Pleo. There could be minor enhancements in server stability during the months end, but super small point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo helps us monitor and enable employees with personal limits on cards, process all reimbursements, pay reoccurring charges and anything from expenses to spend management.
It reduces time immensely and makes governance incredibly easy. Also great for process automation.

Makes my life much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to automate receipt handling. I just sign up to a service with my pleo account, and then all receipts are automatically transferred from my email to pleo. I make all my online purchases with Pleo now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is no downsides as I can see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one place where all my online spending is collected. I never have to look for reciepts or invoices in my mail, they are automatically transferred to Pleo
Business expenses made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very easy to use. It gives you a clear view of your expanses. it reminds you when you need to add more receipts so you can't forget anything. Also, when you (on accident) make a personal payment with your business credit card, it's very easy to mark this as a personal purchase and fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, there's nothing I dislike about pleo. There is one small improvement: When I accidently make a personal purchase with my Pleo card, I need to put in the receipt before I can mark it as a personal expanse. Since I don't always have the receipt, it would be better if it's not manditory to add this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to give all our employees a company credit card, without a lot of risk. You can set individual spending limits for each person, or allow them to claim expenses only, for example. This is very useful as we work internationally a lot and colleagues often have to purchase materials on location.
Always fast, very competent support
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I need support from Pleo, I always get a very accurate, fact and competent help, regardless of the employee in the support team. I have reached out per mail, per phone and via chat and so far I have always been very satisfied with the results. I have the impression that the whole team is very well trained and aware of any kind of solutions that can help the customer fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that couldnt be solved so far and there is no employee that was not friendly or rude. I cant think of a negative feedback and I am a Pleo user for 3 years now.

Company expenses. accounting, choosing the right category, controlling of expenses (people, events etc.)

Honestly, nothing so far — the service has been consistently outstanding.

Pleo helps quickly resolve small technical issues, such as login difficulties or topping up the account. Their fast response time means minimal disruption to my work and a smoother overall experience.
Pleo has helped us to digitally record and manage our travel expense reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo impresses with an intuitive user interface and supports our employees in quickly and easily recording meal allowances and private expenses. By using Pleo credit cards, relevant payment information is automatically captured and only needs to be completed with a few additional details and the corresponding receipt. Particularly noteworthy is the integrated reminder function, which makes manual inquiries unnecessary. This leads to a noticeable relief for both the accounting department and our employees.

Occasionally, technical problems occur that can temporarily restrict certain functions. However, these are usually identified promptly and quickly resolved.

The recording and management of travel expenses was previously associated with a high manual effort. Through the digital and automated processes of Pleo, this effort could be significantly reduced and the entire process greatly simplified.
