Quick, Seamless Receipt Capture and Fast Project Selection
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can take pictures of receipts and it's aligned to the care. Very quick and seamless. The speed with which I can choose project and the project name.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with Pleo so far although seems to be a disconnect between the card and the virtual card?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use for expenses, it makes it very simple and quick to upload expenses and provides a helpful reminder where I haven't completed. Previously used an expenses system at other company that was very slow and lots of steps.
Effortless Team Expenses and Travel Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Pleo for handling team expenses and travel. The app is interactive and makes everything very easy. It's particularly helpful because it's very easy to follow and allows me to add all the receipts with no hassle. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy and took me very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In countries where they don't use card as much and we need a lot of cash, it's hard to take out as much money as I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo for team expenses and travel. It makes everything very easy and the app is very interactive, simplifying receipt management.
Great Overall Experience with Fetch and TFL Receipts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall experience, Fetch is a very cool feature but I feel like it does not fetch as well as it used to, when it does it is a great functionality. Also like London TFL receipts, would be great to replicate to other markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much manual work, expecially adding cost center and tags, I typically use the same one and I have to refill it every time. Would also be great if it could auto crop and produce a zoomed photo of receipt, I feel like this is often commented on by finance. Would also prefer AI suggested pre written notes based on category. Online purchase experience is also clunky and a bit slow, sometimes I have to revert to a private expense.

Intuitive and Effective, but with Delays in Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pleo is a user-friendly application. It's great that it has adapted to our accounting system to generate monthly accounting entries. I also appreciate that it is a very intuitive application, which makes it much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response time in emergency cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to manage employee cards and reimbursements, it helps me control daily transactions, facilitates document uploads, and integrates with our accounting system for monthly entries.
Effortless Expense Management, Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for paying for both small and big purchases at work and find it very time effective. I appreciate its fast response in daily use, which really helps. I like how it deals with different types of employee purchases, including the fast login and receipt upload, which lets me get my money back quickly and conveniently. Before using Pleo, I had to send an email with receipts to my boss and wait several days to get reimbursed. Now, it only takes as long as I want it to. The initial setup was very easy, and I am definitely recommending it to everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think its perfect - all my colleagues think the same
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its taking the stress out of finding receipts and invoices manually. Easy to use software in order to upload a physical receipt, can throw the receipt away once uploaded. Pleo also sends reminder push notifications on my phone which is a massive help to remember to snap a photo of the receipt
Works well for SMEs
What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly, virtual cards integrate into my phone's digital card wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The app could use some polish, there are very few animations - everything happens immediately.

Business needs to give everyone a card, everyone has one. People can spend money to get what they need easily.

Some screens have a slightly different style from the rest of the app and it can be a bit confusing at first.

Streamlined Expense Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for handling business expenses for a production company, and it saves me from having to spend my own money and expense it back. I like the easy-to-use app that streamlines expenses without needing a spreadsheet. The automatic camera captures receipts, and I can link my email to the receipt finder. My personal setup with Pleo was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto fill of the categories is incorrect and I find myself having to change them or not realizing the auto fill for categories has happened and incorrectly logging the expenses.

Pleo stops me from using my own money for business expenses and eliminates spreadsheets with its easy app and automatic receipt capture.
Very Easy Expense Entry and Approvals
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to add personal expenses and approve expenses. Easy to use the app and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
To settle expenses have to do one by one, would prefer to group and settle in one click.

Puts our expenses in a clear space to identify.
