The Pleo infrastructure is very easy to use and deploy, and integrates well with upstream and downstream systems for a small company
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to understand the benefit of having two cards for physical and online use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts are so much easier to add which cuts admin time for users and accounts down dramatically. It reminds you, it checks your inbox, and this is key to keeping on top of receipts. I would estimate a cut in admin time from 40 hours per month to under 5.

If you want to save time in administering receipts, go with Pleo

What do you like best about the product?
You can track all the expenses in real-time with simple charts and some statistics. You can reduce human error like missing receipts because it requires taking a picture right after you pay for something. Integration with the commonly used accounting system is very powerful. Their customer service is incredibly fast and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. I'm just excited to use the upcoming new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time-saver for organizing all the documents for expenses. You can also see the statics of the company's expenses in real-time, therefore you can be more agile to make a decision or to change a plan.

1. The PC user interface has more features than the mobile app ex. as an admin, I can't change limits for my team from the app

If you are in a start-up or a small business, including non-for-profit organizations or student organizations, PLEO is the best solution for your financial management
Pleo is very easy to use and to maintain. It allows me to keep an eye on the spend of our team

The ease of it. Ordering new cards is simple and the monthly reconciliation is very smooth.

The possibility of customising limits to each person and the possibility of uploading the receipts from the app.

It should stop to make a purchase for employees that have a certain number of outstanding receipts to upload.

Not much, but I have a really hard time remembering the pin as I so rarely have to use it.

Benefits of Pleo to the Company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for staff to capture receipts spent on the Companmy card, as well as personal expenses and mileage. Imports information straight into Xero making it easier to reconcile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personal expenses not very easy to edit if incorrect or declined, however its a new function so I expect there are still improvements to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for staff to capture receipts at time of spending, meaning better reporting and higher VAT reclaims.
Great to minimize bureaucracy when you trust your employees
What do you like best about the product?
Its very good for business trips or cases where you need to allow your employees to make small purchases. In my case this means that developers can pay for subscriptions and buy new tools without getting and approval from me or finance.

The recurring payments are not handled very well yet.

Minimizing bureaucracy involved in small purchasing.
