Perfect company card
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really nice interface on the app and super easy to use. Especially the AI that collects all the information and saves time on inputting information. Also love the branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to have a nudge to finish expenses when I forget.

Easily and quickly inputting work expenses that helps me save time.

Each team who needs to make regular purchases can do so easily. Don't need to keep hold of lots of receipts for the month.

Business size of 45 and works well, unable to comment on how well Pleo would work within larger organisations.

Very easy to use, great that you upload photo's of receipts so there is no need for paper!

The black background to the logo, other than that all good

Great way to save time and money and have greater control over expenditure

I used to be charged extra on the old cards at particular shops, but then I was given a new one which may have made the change.

It saves a lot of time! The Apple Pay solution was welcomed and did come fast when needed it!

Nothing at all, dont know what it should be.

Save time, keep receipts, make the possibility to let account to know what the costs should be booked as.

The automatic crawling of my email that finds receipts and links them to my expenses is awesome

I am using Pleo to report work expenses like meals and purchasing IT material.

It is the receipt part: that I can just take a picture and not have to save the paper

that i cannot do the expenses via web, since I save some receipts in pdf on the pc

i don't have to store paper and i can make the expense immediately instead of allocating one day for it

I like the way it organises the expenses ready for easy attachment of invoices.

The security of the card could be a bit better all details on 1 side?? if somebody took a quick photo they could access the entire account without having to look on the back of the card.

Currently no downsides to using Pleo however I look forward to a time where they can offer credit

Employees now get notified that they need to add receipts to expenses, this has saved the finance department a lot of time chasing them

Pleo is a business payment solution that is part of an affiliate sales network that allows organizations to give compensation through payment cards for employees to buy products on behalf of the company, the interesting thing about this software is that it allows you to have physical or virtual payment cards which allows you to streamline much more business expenses, is an affordable software for all types of businesses, has an excellent mobile application and can even be integrated with accounting applications and finally is one of the best cost trackers you can have
What do you dislike about the product?
Some negative details that can be seen in Pleo are the management of reimbursements and the functions to attach invoices that do not work very well, you need to strengthen a little more its analysis of expenses as well as the management of budget and forecast of which in many occasions we have had problems, you need to improve a little more its standards of security since this is of extreme importance when it is a question of money of the company

Our organization has long been using Pleo as a business payment solution for our employees primarily because it allows us to control from a centralized portal the expenses that are debited from the company since having expense limits for each employee allows us to have a better organization and improve our financial health, before Pleo we did not have a detailed control of all our finances and for this has been very helpful accounting integrations such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and Xero
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Pleo because I think it is the ideal solution to manage the expenses that employees make on behalf of the company through the distribution of reward cards that makes it easier to track expenses also by its mobile application which allows easy access to all our finances, in addition it is an attractive software with a good value for money
