What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take a photo of a receipt and upload it in the app as soon as the expense appears which is normally within seconds of making a purchase, this eliminates the problem of lost receipts, having to save bundles of receipts and spending hours completing expense reports at the end of the month
You can also assign expense types such as fuel, food and drink etc and type any notes you may want to make to explain the expense
What do you dislike about the product?
As an end user I cannot see any downsides, the card acts just like any regular credit/debit card and is chip and pin
I have experienced no issues with the app so cannot find anything negative to say
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates issues of lost receipts and spending vast amounts of time completing expense reports and attaching receipts at the end of the month
It also means I rarely have to use my own money for company expenses.
From a management point of view they can see in real time all expenditure etc as it happens
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For management I would think this is the perfect solution for business expenses, they can set a credit limit for the month, they can view all expenditure in real time as it happens so can monitor card use and keep on top of unauthorised use, it saves the end user lots of wasted time filling in forms and submitting receipts at the end of the month which in turn means admin don’t have to sit trawling through hundreds of receipts at the end of the month when everyone submits there expenses in one go.

Effortless Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of paying for things with a card that I have to think nothing about. My employer gives me the card, I pay for stuff I need with it, an alert turns up on my phone reminding me to snap a receipt, and that's all. No remembering to submit expenses by a certain date. No entering numbers into spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally can't think of any. I dislike nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, as an employee, Pleo saves me time. I don't have to get approval, I don't have to keep receipts and spend time entering details into some claim document somewhere. I pay with the card like I pay for everything in life these days, take a photo of the receipt and that's that.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting expenses and receipts for reimbursement is a breeze. As easy as 1-click.
Managing expenses and staying updated on actions are very helpful.
User experience very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of a hassle to get info from the virtual card. I realise info security is a consideration, but I find the process a bit clunkier than ideal.
Wondering if it's possible to have one card, instead of two –physical and virtual– ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining expenses and their reimbursement.
Accounting for and managing expenditure.
Collaborating with the finance team on these items.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it made my life with company/personal expenses. The platform gives us a lot of details to create necessary reports and makes the monthly closing process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pocket feature is still slightly complicated and we have eventually decided not to use it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly using Pleo for various subscriptions - so that we can have a clear overview of what platform we are using, which department, etc. The invoice search for all the subscriptions is also easy with the fetch function.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes keeping track of your receipts so easy and actually fun. You feel like a champion every time you take a picture of your receipt knowing that everything is taken care of.

Absolutely nothing! I can even use Pleo from my Apple Watch

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Pleo is that it means I don't need to deal with my big credit card reconciliation at the end of the month! It saves me so much time and also has the same benefit for our accounts team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't flaw it Pleo, I've not had any issues with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusing and difficult to work out credit card statements, lost receipts and time consuming reconciliations.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy to add expenses. Both the app and the website are slick and easy to use. Handy reminders give you unobtrusive nudges when you've had a regular expense come through that requires a receipt to be added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that annoys me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You no longer find yourself with a build up of expenses receipts to be logged at the end of a month. It's also so much easier than other apps we've used, so I don't find myself asking for help when uploading receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is so simple and easy to use, I have now launched this across the whole business and all the staff love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being charged for the cards despite not being used. I prefer the old way where if the card is active then you were charged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on staff spending on company money.

A true User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of uploading receipts and don't have to be sitting and allocating time for it as it's always on the go. The new look and complete make-over of the app and visual identity was also a big success. The app works flawlessly and is easy to use, understand, and always very educational once new features roll out. Easy tab in with Face ID (Apple user here), which makes it even quicker and smoother to use the app. Another great feature but at the same time so simple is the prompt notifications one receives as soon as you made a purchase so that you can go straight into the application for snapping that picture of the receipt. Toss the physical paper or delete the mail receipt right after, which leads to less clutter. The fact that Pleo is finally Apple Pay also makes my life easier and much more streamlined since I can even use my Apple Watch to pay for things now and keep all my cards in the same wallet and don't have to become cross-functional when it comes to paying for things!
What do you dislike about the product?
It happened before that the server was down while I had to pay for something, but that has never happened after that one time. That was the only negative experience ever and I've been using the Service for over 1.5 years :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving massive amounts of time while working on the road!
