Effortless expense management and payment
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual cards and expense management that take minimal effort.

Nothing major. Sometimes it pics up attachments from e-mails which are not invoices.

Fast documentation of expenses - faster than other solutions I have seen

What do you like best about the product?
With the pleo card you can automatically get digital invoices directly from the store, the app and webpage is also easy to navigate and very simplistic. Pleo will notify you if you are missing an invoice and as soon as it detects a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike. Perhaps a metal card instead of a plastic card would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With pleo you can easily submit invoices from your purchases and avoid missing invoices.
Employees can have their own credit card with a monthly limit which makes small purchases easier to manage.

The problem of having to handle expenses in a non-digital way.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is incredibly easy to use and helps me save time doing something I don't particularly enjoy doing (documenting expenses!). The interface is also really nice to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints... One small thing though is with the new 'fetch' feature sometimes certain receipts don't upload correctly in Pleo so I have to go back and fix them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it very easy for us and our finance department to keep track of not only our spending but also what we are spending money on specifically too.

How easy it is to use, and integration works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two work accounts and would love to be able to have access to both via one login, rather than login in separately for each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think ease for staff is great. People miss fewer receipts this way.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly everything. I think it is an intuitive app, easy to use, I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The facto that the app doesn´t allow the option to not include a photo of the invoices or mark the purchase in a way it doesn´t look as "pending" (of attaching the invoice), showing the orange circle. Apart from that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way for me to track all the purchases, remember the invoices I need to give to my accountant. I can have my own card so I don´t have to keep asking my boss for his. We can have a separate budget and card for the marketing department.

Sometimes the categories and tags are a bit clunky.

The freedom to manage employee expenses easily- it's saving us a lot of time!

Integration to bookkeeping systems and usage of the virtual card before the actual card arrives

FX rates are not the best, cannot amend the VAT rates on certain expenses (have to it manually after the expenses are exported to bookkeeping system)
