Great Product & Simple to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration - so PDFs in Gmail are picked up so are underground tickets. It just works and is simple to use!

I cant think of any thing - it just works Thanks

What do you like best about the product?
now easy it is to use the app and how clean the interface is, and the fact it doesn't always bombard you with notifications when you have missed a receipt photo. how quick it is to change from you virtual card to plastic card. so quick to set up your app and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
that only admins can see whats been spent. you only have one pot so sometimes when you go to pay for items you might not have enough money in the pot to spend. unless you check the app before hand, so it would be nice to see every transaction so you don't have to keep checking the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having money to spend on hotels, tools and food and not having to keep hold of receipts so easy and quick to just upload photos, easy for our accountant to keep up to date with it as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you want something simple and affective then this app is for you. also if you always lose receipts then this app will help you.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Pleo is the automatic categorization of purchases along with the ability to link to Gmail to automatically attach my receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see at the moment is the lack of support for Apple Pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our organization to issue employees with a corporate card in order to pay for ongoing expenses faced by our remote workers when they are needed to travel to our various offices without them having to pay these expenses themselves and then have to claim them back on a case by case basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo reminds me to take a picture of the receipt straightaway and seems to know intuitively which category to link the cost to.

So far, there has been nothing to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
The app is amazing - being able to just take pictures of my receipts instead of inputing on a spreadsheet each month is transformative. Also as a company, Pleo feel supportive, progressive and an ally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing - it's so user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is the most valuable thing to me and using Pleo means I have more of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to instantly take a picture of the receipt and that is no delay in getting a notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much. I wish I could email receipts to an address and have them automatically uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has really made doing company expenses a lot easier. Less time spent on this issue

Pleo solves a problem that every business faces: expense management!

What do you like best about the product?
As an employer, I don't have to ask my employees to have a personal credit card nor do I have to sign-up for a corporate credit card. And once an expense is incurred, Pleo reminds me and my employees to upload their receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to email e-receipts to Pleo that I received via email. Some e-receipts are not a PDF so I have to print them first, convert into PDF, and then upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it easier to manage expenses so we can focus on serving clients. I don't understand why Amex didn't invent this. I have been in consulting for 18 years. Every consulting company needs this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about Pleo. It makes life really easy for my finance colleagues. But most of all I like that everything is designed around the user - it's super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. If I'm being really picky, it would be good to be able to access the app offline, and add receipts to upload once reconnected - but this is a minor inconvenience in the face of a really great service/product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on my team can now manage their own payments instead of needing to borrow the company card. There aren't huge piles of receipts to process anymore. It saves so much time for my finance colleagues. It keeps us all more disciplined. And it almost makes expenses fun somehow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really changed how we work. As a user it's made my life so much easier. Definitely recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
Can do from an app and on the go, which makes keeping track easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has a number of fields which are mandatory to complete and it's not clear when I haven't completed these. Might be nice to add in a checklist, e.g.:
category: done
expense type: not done
note: not done
receipt: done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much much quicker and easier
