Intuitive and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and intuitive. It saves a lot of time with the possibility to create automatic reports, scan receipts, upload files with one simple click. Also, the combination of the online with the physical card is quite useful. You can set limits for both, which is quite important too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the physical card isn't accepted by some hotels and car rental companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bigger control and transparency of expenses within the teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Working in the people team, we have to buy lots of random things really last minute. Pleo makes it super easy to do that! The app makes it easy for us to stay on top of our expenses by uploading our receipts for finance to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure why this question won't let me submit- I haven't found anything I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops the team having to use their own money and then go through the expense process, which means the people team can be super-efficient whenever we need to buy anything quickly.

Nothing - it is a great business tool and allows us to give a degree of autonomy to managers and staff, whilst reducing the work load.

For field operations,
Pleo has made it easy for my team to track payments for various services
and also sends reminders/ prompts if receipts are not attached to a particular expenses.
This reduces on fraudulent activities , improves on resource allocation and better accounting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nature of our field work, the Pleo cards have an Upper limit per month which restricts on the expenditure per month since it cannot be exceeded.
The Notes dialogue box has limited space for characters to type this means the descriptions for the expense have to be as brief as possible and understandable with few words which might not work in my favor.

Pleo is a fantastic service, that makes company credit cards and handling expenses infinetly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Pleo is great and the team is continuously adding more integrations.

The app means i don't lose receipts and is always on hand

When my phone updates i lose all password information, trivial but annoying

I don't lose receipts anymore and having a track of my expenses to hand is always handy
Super efficient solution, easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
Having both a virtual card and a physical one and being able to scan physical receipts with the app. The new feature where pleo grabs receipts from the mailbox is very promising as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting more physical cards is very slow and clunky, plus not being able to have cards delivered directly to colleagues based in other countries is a hassle.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much more agile way of ordering eg. IT hardware now, we don't have to plan so far ahead with purchases but can work more agile/JIT. Day-to-day expenses is also a lot easier to handle. We are no longer wasting time with paper forms and crumbled receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are based in a supported country this is a very effective and user-friendly way to handle expenses

Always get quick responses to queries, platform is slick and intuitive

Had a few issues with exporting to our accounting system previously, but the pleo team have been very responsive and helped fix these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submitting expenses whilst travelling can be incredibly tedious. If our employees can just snap a picture of their receipt immediately after purchasing the process is made much easier and saves a lot of time when month end rolls around

What do you like best about the product?
the fact it is prepaid, at least, it is for the moment, means it never gets declined. its also very easy to use the photo function and snap a shot of your receipt for the expenses claim.
What do you dislike about the product?
its not accepted in tescos fuel stations in the pay at pump, which, right now is what they want you to use. its fine if you pay at the till though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hotel bookings and in the field expenses were not always easy to pay using the company card, also, if you paid out of pocket there was quite a delay in getting the expenses back into your bank account.

using a prepaid card means it never gets rejected.
