What do you like best about the product?
I get my expenses reimbursed super quickly and can also upload them really easily. The automated recognition of names, prices, etc. makes it really great. I particularly appreciate the user-friendliness and the automatic photo recognition. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy and intuitive.

Actually, really nothing to complain about.

Best-in-Class App for Easy Business Expense Submissions
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the best application on the market for adding business expenses. It genuinely makes it easier for employees to submit their expenses, and it’s been a big help for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the uploading of image or PDF feature where the PDF or image usually takes up the entire background screen on phone which makes it hard to see the invoice in detail to be able to fill in the information needed.

It’s easy to add employee expenses and have the wellness allowance deducted correctly.

I dont have to keep papers and bills and stuff. Everything is done within a few seconds and very easy because I always have my phone on me.

I use Pleo to report my expenses and claim different benefits, and my experience has always been good. I really appreciate that Pleo provides an easy way to report my business expenses and claim my money back easily. The user experience is very simple to use, which adds a lot of value for me.

I like how easy it is to use. I've just added my card in my wallet and it's just like using my own credit card.

The only thing i don't like is that i have to document everything, but that's not a Pleo issue. Other than that i think it's really good.

It's solving me having to use my own money on company things and having to fill out tons of forms and then wait an entire month till i get the money back. This does so that i don't have to wait for anything, i just pay, with the company money and send them the receipt directly in the app, done deal
Effortless, Automated Expense Submissions—Enter Expenses On-the-Go
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can enter expense submissions as it automates a lot of the process and also removes duplicated effort. I now find I enter expenses "on-the-fly" compared to other solutions where I was having to put aside a couple of hours each month to process expenses

I've not actually found anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time saving is the big benefit for me and this is because the process is so automated and workflows become easier with the more times you use it eg saved regular locations I travel to etc. I estimate I am saving about 2 hours a month by now entering expenses as I go rather than processing them at the end of the month
