Great for UK but not in par compared to US offerings
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clean and very prompt customer service if there are any needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's to easy for colleagues to buy items and not place receipts, They recently launched Fetch but unfortunately, you can't turn it on for everyone as an admin instead each individual has to do it one by one.
I also wish they would offer credit like some the US competitors I think it would make them beat any of the UK equivalents in particular in a start-up environment when cash is everything.

Colleagues having to buy business-related costs where suppliers ask to pay by card.
No spending your own money and saving receipts
What do you like best about the product?
I no longer have to use my own money and claim back afterwards, remembering to keep receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people got confused about the pin to log into the system and the pin to use the card, however I personally find this a good thing for security!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about remembering to claim expenses and scanning receipts that have been crumpled in my bag for a month
Saves quite literally 5 hours of my life every month

It's easy and quick, and removes all paperwork.

Nothing! It does exactly what it says on the tin. Why hasn't anyone done expenses as well as this before now??

Make sure that you write a guide for users yourself, so that there is consistent approach to filling out expense forms

We have a distributed company and it is great that we can use the same service in multiple countries, makes it super easy internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per diem feature for Sweden is super clunky, setting times for flights etc takes a very long time

No need to match credit card statements with expense reports!
A simple and mindful interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is a low paper work solution to expenses, with the right habits all your employees can become an accountants dream team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequent use caused issues with people forgetting pin numbers that had to be set for the company, fingerprint ID earlier would have been useful but this could have been addressed and I simply haven't used it recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't lose reciepts like we used to, oddly by taking the process into an app we retain both digital copies and people hold on the physhical ones where they used to lose them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot people requiring expenses its an easy way to consolidate your outgoings into one simple accounting system. Additonally you can set limits on spend easily and on a per project basis.

Need to read more vouchers automatically. I know it is being developed.

This is such a great product and service, so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and time saving, no more holding on to paper slips or end of month credit card use forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
No much to say here, works like a dream for me!

Saves me/us time as there is no need for the end of month expense forms, no need to hold onto paper slips and everything in imported directly in to SAGE.
Pleo is a fast and efficient way to manage your expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is everything for me, Pleo is a fast and simple way for me to file my expenses and for the business to track and allocate them. No more Excel expense forms! It's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently the fact Pleo cards were 'prepaid' was a major issue as you could not rent cars with the card. This has recently been solved. I would love for Pleo to be compatible with Google/Apple Pay.

We have dramatically reduced the amount of time spent on expenses paperwork.
