Easy to use and like Ronseal does what it says on the tin
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of Use, notifications when receipts are missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
multiple pin's for on-line and physical cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more need to manually supply receipts. No longer need to use my own card when travelling as it's is equivalent of a debit card.

Need to use the pin every other time. Should be able to choose how many times I could use contactless before asking for a pin entry

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has good controls, seamless processes and is integrated directly with our accounting software
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to preload the cards and ensuring we have enough funds on the cards has created one more thing for us to maintain. A monthly direct debit would be ideal, but I believe they are introducing credit soon which solves for this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using pleo to make expenses more seamless. From managing how much each person can spend to chasing our employees for receipts. It has reduced overhead in expense reimbursement and those with Pleo cards have benefited from not having to front their own money for business expenses.
Pleo is so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the software is simple and very user-friendly. I can see my transactions immediately after making a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I would say Pleo is good, I have no concerns.

We not longer use legacy ways of managing expenses in our company. We have also reduced the number of POs we need to raise with Pleo.

So easy to manage administration of expenses.

Nothing really. I wished the top-up would be easier and be able to pull from Pleo instead of performing the pay from my bank.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pleo is how easy it is to start, and continue, using it! Getting setup is totally hassle-free, and the time I've saved when putting expenses through has been of HUGE benefit. The app is straightforward and makes expensing on-the-go super easy too. Finally, even though I haven't needed to contact their customer support much, when I have they have been friendly and prompt in their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the date presented on the app was slightly larger, or in bold text so that receipts were separated a little more clearly. Also, it's not really much of a criticism, but it would be nice if the app could show me how much I've expensed in, say, a week/month. Having a running total visible would help me to be mindful of cost. More of a feature request than a dislike though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a doubt the benefit is the time I've gained back - our previous method of reclaiming expenses took some time and felt clunky. With Pleo, it's rapid and painless! Pleo's design makes it super easy to stay on top of tracking and expensing receipts on the go, and takes no more than 30 seconds to complete in full. It's also made communication between my team and finance much easier - if a receipt is missing it's easy to see where and when, this then helps to resolve any issues much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! I've not used a simpler, more efficient platform for expenses :)
Pleo is the best thing to happen to expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of it all! The app is brilliant. Can't fault it, just so easy to use! Never did i think I would be so excited by a work card and completing my expenses. Even using the card for contactless payments on the underground is easy. The app automatically fills it in for you!!! No more logging on to your Oyster account!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I can't fault the card or app at all.

Pleo has completely changed expenses from being a massive chore and huge workload to a quick and easy task! Never did

Do it. It's just so easy to use. I never thought I'd be so excited by a work card!
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes life as a consultant super easy having daily expenses. Instead of having to track expense reports and store receipts you simply grab a picture right after the purchase and you are done. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Only could be if you care a lot for bonus points which you get less of not using your own credit card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of not having to do long time-consuming non-value adding expense reports.
Ingenious, time-saving and agony-relieving
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to register expenses on the go. It saves me time on a weekly basis and relieves me from the agony of going through a pile of old receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times there has been technical issues with my Pleo card, where I couldn't use it to pay in stores for a couple of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo saves you time. Pleo also relieves you of having to keep a big pile of receipts and worrying about not losing them.
