Best Office Card ever
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I only spend time during a purchase and not later.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the card is not personal, so that I can keep my card even for my personal purchases by adding my personal card behind it like in the Curve app.

Spending time with excel sheets to fill out for our accountants

What do you like best about the product?
NO more receipts. It's so easy to keep track of spending. It's easy to keep track of our accounts. I love that when there's a problem with a payment, someone emails me to check if it's ok rather than me having to spend ages calling up a bank!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works really well with Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not losing receipts, and we are keeping much better track of our spending. Using the phone app is easy and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a seamless way of getting full financial oversight of all employee expenses, while avoiding the endless hassles of receipts needed to be found months after the expense had occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. All worked great and they should definitely continue to improve. Would be great with an airmiles addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had +100 receipts every month that I had to reconcile. Either for company expenses I had done on my personal card, or company expenses that I needed to reconcile with the correct receipt. Now I had a realtime overview of expenses, and receipts are filed automatically and seamlessly right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to do expenses on the go....no lost receipts or forgetting what expense is for !
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fact there is no signature or name causes some question from retailers in the USA

It's made our lives easier in the office. It's easy for my Manager to see what I have spent.

I like the integration - so PDFs in Gmail are picked up so are underground tickets. It just works and is simple to use!

Easy to use and very friendly, haven't come across any problems at the moment

now easy it is to use the app and how clean the interface is, and the fact it doesn't always bombard you with notifications when you have missed a receipt photo. how quick it is to change from you virtual card to plastic card. so quick to set up your app and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
that only admins can see whats been spent. you only have one pot so sometimes when you go to pay for items you might not have enough money in the pot to spend. unless you check the app before hand, so it would be nice to see every transaction so you don't have to keep checking the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having money to spend on hotels, tools and food and not having to keep hold of receipts so easy and quick to just upload photos, easy for our accountant to keep up to date with it as well

if you want something simple and affective then this app is for you. also if you always lose receipts then this app will help you.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Pleo is the automatic categorization of purchases along with the ability to link to Gmail to automatically attach my receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see at the moment is the lack of support for Apple Pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our organization to issue employees with a corporate card in order to pay for ongoing expenses faced by our remote workers when they are needed to travel to our various offices without them having to pay these expenses themselves and then have to claim them back on a case by case basis.
