Great Pre-Paid Card Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up, use and accounts functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot - its easy to use and is a really good tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer to need to issue our staff with bank debit cards as Pleo is a really great solution - you send money to your Pleo wallet and the staff can either use their physical plastic card or separate online virtual card to make purchases, as soon as they make a purchase they are asked to upload an image of the receipt - so no more lost receipts!! Once we have checked the right categories have been selected (our chart of accounts has been linked to Pleo so we can allocate nominal codes to each category) it is a simple task to push the information into Xero
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to use pre paid cards for your company Pleo is the answer you need

What do you like best about the product?
You buy something, photograph the receipt, and then forget about it. No additional work - no spreadsheets, no envelopes full of receipts, no photocopying. It can't be any easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I've used it in 2 companies I've worked with, and will recommend it to any other companies I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving at least 3 hours per month. And that's 3 hours of boring admin.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it - you honestly won't be disappointed. It really is very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast, easy to use, no problems. Purchases arrive instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo upload doesn't let you check before uploading (retake). It seems you get one attempt at taking a photo and it starts to auto-upload, which can be blurry. Then you have to upload another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NA. Not necessarily solving a specific business problem with Pleo in my usage, capturing expenses incurred on company time, regular employee expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
-Minimum features, have every functions
-Fun design(Especially the new app icon!), yet very trustable
-Easy to use." I don't need to think twice!"
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor thing: I am getting 'Misising receipts' emails almost at the end of the month, I would rather like to see the missing receipts notifications in the app too. (I had to find the hidden feature and turn it on to look for the missing ones)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of every single transaction within the company. All in one system.

Save Time with PLEO!

What do you like best about the product?
In app scan of receipts
immediate upload of funds
allocation of funds to users
reminders regarding wallet balance
integration to Xero
What do you dislike about the product?
'Reference' s/b cardholder name rather than Vendor name - would be easier to analyse historic travel expenses within Xero.
I would also like that the user is prompted to add a 'note' - ie description of why the expense was incurred
Would like that those expenses already exported were either removed from the Export screen or greyed out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved 2 days a month by no longer posting 12 credit card statements manually and chasing credit card receipts;
Immediate (within 2 hours) application of funds and the ease of allocating funds to different users;
Notifications when the wallet falls below a certain balance - no more 'declined due to insufficient funds' issues!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't be put of by the monthly cost per person - the time you save by implementing PLEO is MORE than worth it. The engagement from our users and my finance team has surpassed even my high expectations. It is easy to implement, use and review / update / export to Xero

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is easy to use, you gain a lot of time. You feel that there is a team behind, listening to feedback and willing to improve the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a technical detail that will be fixed: Not yet flexible enough, there are a lot of default fields that we do not need but cannot hide yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to do speleology in your pile of receipts at the end of the month, quickly explaining who paid for what and when. You fill up Pleo, you are done.

Simple and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The app is simple and easy to use. As a user I have not had any issues with using the cards (both digital and physical) and I'm immediately prompted to submit my receipts. If you do forgot to do this, Pleo will follow up to remind you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with using the app thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo takes out all of the complications away from submitting and managing expenses. It makes it easy for individual limits and monthly spends to be tracked. It's great that you can update limits instantly

Give it a try! The team are really helpful and supportive if you need any help

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as you spend, the phone app instantly uploads the transaction. Open the app and you simply take a photo of your receipt....Job done!!
Your monthly expenses are literally undertaken whilst on the go. No more having a pile of receipts that you have to get in order at the end of the month to enable you to fill in a spread sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, ease of use whether online or in person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME!! Everything is undertaken in an instant. Superiors have access to your Pleo account and can keep a check on spending rather than getting a shock at the end of the month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely recommend, simple and easy to use. Allows your employers to keep tabs on spending. Never misplaced a receipt again!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Pleo has really helped our business expand. We're a community-based business and being able to give the team the ability to make purchases during the course of their work without us having to manage an expenses process and without them having to use their own money has really simplified how we work.

Knowing that the ability spend is controlled provides real peace of mind and the integration with our accounts system makes the bank reconciliation process accurate, simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to have the ability to reset the pin code on a card so that it could be used on a single-use basis. This would allow us to use them to support our clients as well as our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with a growing team spread over a large geographic area without needing to create burdensome processes for the management of expenses.
