No more expense forms!
What do you like best about the product?
Taking photos of receipts and not having to fill in expense claim forms!

That I can't add invoice files from my computer/email

Simple to use, no clutter on interface. Simple design helps to efficently get to what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No personalised categories?! For expense management personalised categories would be much more helpfull.

Pleo is so simple to use, convenient and has helped save many hours processing expenses

Some initial issues with loading the account but process has changed and no problems since.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moved to paperless expenses. Quick photo of receipt and then monthly upload into our finance package. Saved many hours of unproductive time.

Just do it.

What do you like best about the product?
After getting Pleo, our accountant has Bern so Proud of me. No more lost receipts, or mails With notes for purchases. It’s wonderful.

The day all receipts or PO’s just turn up Ib pleo, is for me the day the product is perfected

No lost receipts. Our accountant is happier.
Easy to use...
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use my card all over Germany and instantly upload my receipt, helps me stay on top on my expenses and I can see what i'm spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, i'm happy with the card.

I am keeping my receipts stored in one place, no need to carry paper around.
Pleo is simple, clear and very user friendly.

It's straightforward and makes life easy!

It doesn't send me a notification to remind me to upload an invoice or receipt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of creating more work for our Finance Director and it has helped keep all expenses and their relevant invoices in one place that is easily accessible.
Finally I'm not spending hours to do my company expenses

The easy and quick way to upload receipts and sort them into groups/projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a team member only, I'm not able to see how much the card is being charged and what runway there is. I would also like to be able to export the report in excel as the admin is able to do.

Less workload on doing company expense overviews. So easy to track expenses for projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For small teams, it's such a great way to make sure all expense receipts are gathered and properly sorted. Make sure to do a monthly check on expenses to see how each project is doing and 'consuming'

Some limitations of banks. Not all banks work with you.

I don't really dislike anything. I find it all extremely user-friendly.

If not for Pleo, I would have a huge problem with keeping track of receipts and probably filling out endless expense reports etc.
Brilliant app for expenses

Pleo is such a great tool because it's so easy to use. The tool has a really intuitive interface which I'm a big fan of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I'm a big advocate for the app.

It takes all the hassle out of what in the past has been a really time consuming, laborious, annoying task. It's really simple to use, I love it.
