Hassle free expense handling
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything from the visual identity of your product (the packaging you receive the card in is awesome) to the ease of use. The feature where you receive a notification to take a picture of the receipt just after purchasing something is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of anything that I dislike. Maybe that not every store accepts Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy handling of expenses

Make sure to create the right categories. It makes expense handling much easier for the finance team.
Pleo was easy to set up and even easier to use

The customer service when there were issues was exceptional.

There was nothing I could think of. Everything seemed to be excellent

Improved cashflow as an employee, as I didn’t have to submit expenses monthly

Incredibly simple and the customer service is phenomenal

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user interface is super intuitive and that I get reminded and supported at each step of the way from purchasing something to submitting the receipt. It's easy to manage my monthly software subscription bills and getting it done doesn't feel like a chore, quite the contrary, I actually like the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to do expense management, but you can't have it all :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to bug my colleague for expense management and it also reduces my workload if I use Pleo, since it's all kinda automated.
Very easy to use no need to wait weeks for reimbursement of your expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
Instantaneously adds the purchase to your phone app and then reminds you that an invoice or receipt is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system goes down and you cannot log in to see what your expenses are
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just makes it easy to claim expenses without the constant need for it to go through to accounts and waiting weeks or days for reimbursement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use, simple and straight forward and receipts can be upload from phone pictures.

Occasional issues with the card in USA - normally solved if persistent with seller

paying for and accounting of business expenses - mainly international travel, meals and hotels

Clean mobile app. Simple graphing tools, convenient virtual card.

Managing subscription expenses is a pain. Would be great to have a more simple method for emailing receipts.

Easy setup, easy to use for everyone in the organisation, really great customer support if you ever have questions, works well with our other systems. Exports are quite simple and very customisable

What do you dislike about the product?
Some QoL features are missing. Still some issues making payments sometimes due to partner problems and some merchants not accepting prepaid cards.
On the expensive side compared to cards issued by banks, so it might not be worth it for companies of all sizes. It's great for us (about 80 users), saves us hours of going through receipts manually.
Potentially can cause more spend than if staff didn't have a company payment card, if not managed properly.

Fewer expense reports from our employees and far less time spent on going through expenses every month

A constantly improving timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo boosted the efficiency in our bookkeeping from day one. Since we were onboardet the service has been improving vastly since with useful enhancements and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the automatic zoom on receipts annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating a large part of our bookkeeping and financial forecasting. I have went from spending days every month on bookkeeping and forecasting, to spending only a few hours.

Set up you categorization to match accounts in you accounting system from the start.

What do you like best about the product?
Love sending the receipts for my expenses with only 1 click on the pop up notification. If anything is missing is super clear and quick to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has sometimes a hard time when entering through the notification bar. (might be that my S7 needs an upgrade too).
Only once I experienced my physical card denied on an online purchase but heard of ppl getting their cards denied multiple times.

Submitting expenses can't be easier for me and I guess even biggest advantages for managers and finance departments
Make company finance a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
With Pleo the gap between the physical credit card and the digital management has finally come.
Beside the option to choose your own pin code, check payments and transactions it makes the biggest annoyance regarding company transactions as simple as clicking a button, scan/picture the receipt and just be done with it.
The company is happy. The employees are happy and especially the accountants are happy

What do you dislike about the product?
The app is constantly in approvement but it is annoying that it is not possible to attach a document as a receipt from the mobile but only the web interface.
Another annoyance which might be the users own fault is the inability to undo/unroll/future roll a payment if you have used the wrong card but meant to be using Pleo or the other way around, to use Pleo for non-company transactions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number 1 problem is the "missing receipt" issue. Before I had to save all receipt and once a month scan them in, attach them, send with email, things was lost, unrecognisable receipts after being a month in a wallet, etc.
