Easy Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo's easy-to-use interface, which makes it straightforward to handle company expenses. The receipt matching technology using email saves a lot of effort by avoiding the need to deal with downloads and attachments, and allows for direct matching in the app. I also appreciate how easy it is to set up Pleo, as the initial setup was extremely easy. Another feature I enjoy is being able to copy the billing address easily from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that I can easily copy the billing address from Pleo, but I wish postcode and town were split out. Receipt matching is good but the image is sometimes slow to load which makes it harder to match when the tool doesn't do it automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo saves me from buying first and waiting for expenses to be reimbursed, offering easy receipting and receipt matching using email. It reduces the need to fiddle with downloads and attachments, allowing direct receipt matching in-app.
Effortless Payment and Receipt Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for making business payments and tracking receipts. I appreciate that the digital card in Apple Wallet is easy to use, and I like how receipts are automatically collected from email, and photos can be taken for physical receipts. The low friction of sharing to the app rather than needing to import files makes the experience smooth. I find receipt tracking to be a simple flow, and the initial setup was very easy, with just one click to add to the wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email bot isn't able to parse receipts, especially if there are multiple files or they're in the wrong format.

I use Pleo for making business payments. The digital card in Apple Wallet is easy to use, and receipts are automatically collected from email, simplifying a usually complex process. Sharing to the app is easier than importing files.

I find Pleo easy to use and the initial setup was really easy.

I don't like that Pleo only functions with Mastercard. Sometimes, the fee is too big.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Pleo provides a smooth way to expense my company and feel secure about getting reimbursed for the money I spend on my own cards. I appreciate that it's easy and quick to use, with an easy login process. The interface is great, easy to use, and makes sense, which I find really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have quite a lot of fields to fill in, sometimes hard to understand what is necessary and not. It's just a lot to choose and fill in when asking for reimbursement.

I find Pleo gives a smooth way to expense my company, ensuring security in reimbursement for money spent on personal cards.

the single most important feature works very well, which is i receive monthly expense and use a virtual card to pay for expenses

it seems some digital services and receipt dont get picked up automatically or it requires effort from my end.

User-Friendly Reimbursement with Instant Processing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Pleo makes it very easy for me to submit my claim and for our internal teams to process it quickly, so I get my money back within a very short time. I really enjoy the user experience; it's very intuitive and easy to use. Plus, I like that I can have it simply as an app on my phone for easy submission of claims. The individual setup of my Pleo account was very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be nice to be able to customize the interface to match the company colors for example.

Pleo makes it easy to submit claims, and our internal teams can process them quickly, so I get reimbursed in a short time.

It's really easy to use, view card details, review expenses etc. It is also really easy for my manager to increase my credit limit should I need it

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for submitting business expenses, and I find it very quick and easy to use, which solves the problem of spending a long time uploading and submitting expenses. I really like the ease of use, especially that I can submit expenses on the go via the app. One of the features I value most is the ability to scan receipts with my phone and submit them as an expense with just a few clicks. The initial setup was fairly straightforward too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find managing recurring expenses not very easy. It would be great to have a simple way, like a copy and paste feature, but with the ability to change the date.

I use Pleo because it makes submitting business expenses quick and easy, saving time and allowing me to submit expenses on the go with the app.
