The magic doesn't last
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo solves a real problem - the pain of doing expense reports. The unboxing experience with you first get your card is great and at first it seems almost magical with the instant notification that ask you to take a picture in the same second that you use the card. But the product is limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself is very simple and have limited functionality. For example it would be great to be able to select a project for the expenses and see analytics on a project basis. Would also be nice if it could handle other expenses, such as milage allowance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the pain of missing receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
As a card holder, I find the app so user friendly and fast to upload my expense receipts, it's great that I can upload them to the app right away from my phone! So making life easier for our finance team not having to chase me and other staff for receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of the user side of the software/app, I have no issues at all

What do you like best about the product?
The way the app splits the workload across the business, and mean Finance no longer have to chase receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, although users have mentioned they'd like a clearer notification as to when receipts have been successfully uploaded!

The problem of drowning in paperwork - Using Pleo helps save the environment!

Consider the amount of time it takes to complete manual tasks with old systems!

The empowerment it offers the team whilst offering control but avoidance of regular payouts

Lack of Xero integration and fact that it cant handle personal expenses currently

Easy and Efficient App for Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Working as a PA and looking after multiple manager's expenses, this application has made my life so much easier! Great functionality such as being able to photograph receipts and assign to transactions and finance being able to receive immediate updates really is helpful.
For periods of cost control Finance are able to easily and quickly set spend limits or activate/de-activate cards immediately within the application.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently can't find a way to separate individual manager transactions into lists, they currently all show in one list along with my own transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for me to process manager expenses without having to wait for them to hand me a bundle of paper receipts.
A simple and kind of magical system
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo saves a LOT of time and keeps things really organised – I just snap photos while travelling and don't have to save receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of notifications when using the app, but these are helpful in prompting me to get things filled out

Easier to keep track of where expenses are being spent, especially when working on multiple projects

Nothing at all, take a bit of getting used to having a virtual and physical card....

Pleo is so easy to use. Make a purchase, photograph or download your receipt and upload to Pleo job done. No more filling in expense reports and paperwork. Itscawesome.

To be honest I genuinely have not experienced anythingnI dont like.

Faster error free submission of business expenses with less time spent collating and recording.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very easy to use and flexible. It gives me the ability to manage my expenses on the go. Via the app it prompts me when a purchase is made to add the receipt, allowing me to easily snap a photo of the receipt and adding it to my expense claim on the go. Also viewing balance and managing spend is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dilike anything, the card and application work very well.
