Hassle free and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to add receipts and the prompts from the phone app are handy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be useful to have more categories that we can link through to our accounts software codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made expenses much easier saving many hours per month.
Myself and my colleagues find Pleo easy to use and like its functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very quick and easy to use. Reporting is efficient. Support team are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the support team are always very helpful, I am surprised at that there is not a better help section on the website. This section should be shown more clearly and I think there should be an FAQ section so that users don't have to search through your articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes our employees more accountable as they know their spending is being tracked and monitored, which was harder to do before we had Pleo as it was difficult to enforce limits and people were sharing bank cards.

It's very usable as it keeps track of all your bills,

That you need to take a picture of the bill.. Maybe you should consider pulling the bills automatically

Our dedicated Account Manager is amazing, always available ,responds quickly in a very friendly manner. Support team also very professional and efficient.

Nothing so far, we are very happy with the services provided.

We needed a flexible bank solution to help our international team expenses process.
Great service and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo helps work groups easily manage expenses and keep track of receipts that can be monitored and filed by your company accountant. Keep on top of team expenses in real time and avoid filing paper receipts. Also great that you can control each users expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not an account admin myself but have found that on a couple of occasions we have run out of funds so not sure wether this is due to the admins lack of attention or if there could be a better alert system from your side to advise of funds running low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier expense management. Great integration with Xero. Not having to file paper receipt for reimbursement

I think it's a great solution for small and large groups alike

It's so simple! I can capture receipts on my phone and add them easily.

Nothing at all, it's really great. I haven't come across any issues during use so far.

It's so easy to add receipts and notes so all transactions are fully accounted for.
Straightforward to use system for managing business expenses

Easy to use UI, good system for remembering your PIN

Notifications need to be enabled or you may forget to add the receipts to your account! Not accepted everywhere yet.

Giving managers autonomy over budgets / discretionary expenses has improved sense of authority and independence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider whether the degree of autonomy would suit your users - and how widely Mastercard is accepted in the situations where they're likely to use them! It's super helpful for business travel expenses without worrying about someone overspending.

Pleo saves the business hours of admin time in completing, processing and paying company expenses

Pleo could have a better algorithm when it comes to VAT amounts

Hours of admin time, employees empowered to make their own decisions when it comes to small business purchases

Only that i cannot choose my own password for the credit card.

It simply just makes it much easier to handle purchases and eliminate the boring work handling receipts at the end of the month.
