Easy and fast to use, great to keep on top of expenses
What do you like best about the product?
How quick it is to upload your expenses, makes it so much easier than keeping hold of receipts

Having two separate card details for online (app) and the actual card

Organised receipts, one completed form to sign at the end of period, kept up to date should Pleo have operational issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has an up to date and easy to use interface via app and web version. We are able to set expenditure limits for our employees, and are notified after every purchase meaning we have full control at all times. The fact that each employee receives both a virtual and physical credit card which can be instantly blocked at any time by the company administrator, means we can make purchases online and give pleo to our staff with confidence.
The pleo team is amazing, young, dynamic, helpful, knowledgable and efficient. They are constantly making improvements to the product, and needless to say we are very happy clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing to dislike. It would just be grate if the expanded their operations to Poland!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo has cut down our expenses administration considerably. They have several interfaces to accounting software, such as Datev meaning we have been able to completely automate our expense reports, and our accountant has access to pleo which streamlines all the internal processes, as well as reducing the risk of lost receipts as we can make copies via smartphone after every purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app allows me to log my expense receipts in the moment and also sends me reminders if I've forgotten. It provides a great overview of my spending and is super easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to add one suggestion, it would be to give the option to say receipt unavailable. There are some purchases where receipts are not given and it would be nice to make the notification and reminders go away.

No more boring expense reports! Pleo logs all the necessary info about the purchase and I just have to include my receipt, so easy.

The app is very easy to use, well designed.

I work for a Germany company and there could be a "template" of the mandatory information instead or on top of the comment field. (name of guests, reason for expense etc...). Not a "dislike" but a suggestion for improvement.

The whole process avoids to cash out in advance, and to go through a time-consuming internal expense refund process

An easy to use mobile app and web portal, with an insightful analytics view.

Not much really. Having an ability to copy the entered reconciliation info onto a new receipt would be great.

It makes it easy to stay on top of all the necessary reconciliation.
