I can never go back to submitting expenses manually!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about the experience - automatic notifications on my phone to remind me to scan receipts are super useful, and even the method of scanning in the receipts is brilliant, meaning no more collections of month old receipts in my drawer. Another great feature is the automatic categorisation of spending which I've only had to correct once in the month or so I've been using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None immediately spring to mind, though it's not immediately obvious that there's a way to change your PIN, if it's possible at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more filling out expense reports and no more weighing up if I have enough money in my current account to cover the printing of a few thousand leaflets for work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. it has revolutionised the way we do expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
As the company accountant, I dont need to spend days and days chasing employees for receipts and expense claims. Its now all automated through Pleo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo comes with 9 sections and it isnt possible to change those headings or add / remove sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more chasing expense forms or receipts.

It reduces administration time, no need to send papers to accounting department

There is nothing I dislike, in Hungary Pleo was accepted at allnplaces where I try it but I herd that in some other Eastern europen countries were some problem of the card’s acceptance..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before pleo I had to send a lot paper vouchers/bills to accounting dept and filling out excel sheet every month about my spendings, after pleo there is no more paper work, no excel sheet preparation, no time at post office and less admin costs
Convenient and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, convenient and can be used just like any other credit card. Can upload screenshots ohf receipts too

Sometimes app is slow to load, I think it needs good Internet signal so 4

Expenses made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I find the iphone app very easy to use, simply spend, snap and expenses done
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances in previous releases of the iphone app when the photos didn't upload correctly, however, that's been fixed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using Pleo I've found expense reporting much easier, having a corp ccard means I can grow the business quickly. In the past I've had to use my own CCard and wait to be reimbursed. This is a much better solution for my own personal cash flow.

Not a lot. This seems to just work fine.

Great, easy to use app which you do everything through once set up. Mainly just take a pic of your receipt when prompted in app and Bob's your uncle.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far only that it looks like my other bank card, so I get them mixed up! Oh and that I don't earn AVIOS with Pleo which is a major draw back!

Saves time on expense reporting and easily allows me to travel around using the contact less feature of the card. Widely accepted as it is powered b Mastercard
Really efficient way to manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Simple App. I use the Pleo card for my expenses, take a photo of the receipt (in App). Job done. No faffing around with expense claims.

There's nothing to dislike. It's just a simple, efficient way to manage your expenses.
I guess the only thing some people may find (never been the case for me) is that there is not a way that I am aware of to explain the cost to your finance team... so there is no way to let your finance team know, for example, that a round of drinks was client entertaining and not personal consumption. In any trust-based organisation (or for anyone wanting to avoid committing gross misconduct!), I fail to see this being a problem

It's just so much more efficient. I used to spend an hour a month doing an expense claim and it was a total pain if I'd lost a receipt in the meantime. Now I just take a photo of the receipt when it is handed to me. It takes no time at all.

Would recommend. Easy to use and very efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Employees do not front the cost of expenses, can upload receipts instantly with regular (unobtrusive) reminders if they don't. Everyone can see the balance on the account, can see all purchases, and categories. As an employee, I don't need to think about if I will be paid back in a timely manner, or what happened to that receipt for travel 2 weeks ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike massively about Pleo, but I would love if they had a way to work with Transport for London to automatically get receipts for London travel :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee wellbeing and engagement with company spending limits (including outside of Pleo), better accounting for expenses and easy integration to Xero accounting platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Order spare cards to activate for new staff as they join your company. Take note of the top-up method for all top-ups after the initial activation. Pleo will contact you often, don't be put off, they are a super friendly bunch :)

What do you like best about the product?
It saves having to keep a pile of receipts and the risk of loosing them when travelling long distances. The fact you take a snapshot of the receipt and the process of uploading it to Pleo is very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little - However, I would like to be able to see balances in other currencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a copious amount of time going through old receipts. It renders the old method of excel spreadsheets and expenses a thing of the past. I also don't have to use my own cash flow for business trips which means I am no longer waiting for reimbursement or worrying about paying off my own credit cards.
