Really amazing software and a great product
What do you like best about the product?
It just makes managing expenses so much easier in our company. It gives our team way more freedom to buy what they need, when they need it whilst giving our finance team clear management over what is being spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike. We are a startup and it works really well for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us better insight about what we are spending where. Also it has given our team more freedom as previously we were spending money and claiming back expenses later. However with Pleo we no longer need to do that- meaning our team isn't out of pocket.
Best solution for corporate finance and company spending
What do you like best about the product?
The days of collecting tons of receipt and giving it to the Accounting team is over. Snapping a photo of a receipt and including an explanation lets you record expenses in the easiest way possible using smartphones and Pleo's app. The missing receipt function is helpful when a certain receipt is missing, where you can attach an explanation for why the receipt is missing and what was the expense for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any dislikes for now. The app is very simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tons of receipts on yourself and then matching them to an account transcript is solved by Pleo. The automatic expensing saves tons of time if you spend a lot of company funds.
The notifications sent by the app is a good reminder of scanning your receipts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company spends hefty man-hours to record expenses and calculate reimbursements, Pleo is for you. By utilizing technology and smartphones, Pleo made expenses from a tedious non-productive process to on-the-go simple matter.
Faultless Time Saving System
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to set up and the virtual card was great too, as I was living abroad at the time and needed to purchase something quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
The only question I've had has been when purchases have been delayed (such as tapping into the London Underground) it hasn't been displayed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just made expenses at work tons easier both for me as a user and for our admin/ finance team to process it.

As a user, Pleo makes it easy to keep track of purchases, and makes sure receipts don't go missing.

Pleo is really easy to use, interface is nice and simple to navigate around.

I don't see any downsides so far.

Can automatically categorise transactions into departments for finance team to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Pleo is easy. Both from an end user and admin perspective. The user interface is clear and easy and the service is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it easy for me to manage and control my team's expenses. There is no learning curve involved in onboarding someone onto Pleo, nor is there any hassle for users in managing their expenses as the intuitive interface both on Web and App makes everything super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
it would have been great if the card was network agnostic. So I was in Vietnam where the Pleo (mastercard) got declined at few places

this saves me a loads to time, in my previous company I had to do all this manually

Reminders to photograph receipts instantly stops me forgetting.

Sometimes the app crashes or won’t let me take a photo of my receipt

Less lost receipts, less time lost on expenses

The push notifications as soon as purchases are made are handy to keep in your notification centre for later so you don't forget to upload - the interface is also so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface does appear to be slower at times, even on Wifi, mainly when loading cards

The mismatches of employee expenses and frustration of reporting them accurately

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. easy to set up. Always work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to put my business logo on the card, but hopefully, they will make that an option later. And if you don't have internet access there should be like a temp folder that keeps all the photos and upload it when you get internet again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting is now much easier. Buy stuff snap a picture and that's that. The app saves the receipt and it's connected to our bank account.
