Easy and quick to use
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it all. A real treat to not have to keep and file receipts.

Occasionally asks me to login again on the app, which is annoying

It would be good if we were able to create our own main categories and to be able to use the Nominal Code numbers that we use within our accounting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to facilitate purchases my multiple users whilst retaining control and being able to monitor activity in real time.
Pleo is simplifies expenses.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload my receipts on the go and not have to worry about where I left them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to not like, I can't really think of any negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it really easy when I am with clients and know I can spend on my Pleo instead of claiming expenses back on my personal account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its Great, just snap your receipts as you go, otherwise, they'll just build up and sort of defy the point of having a Pleo.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
The Pleo solution works super fast in the actual moment of purchase and that makes all the difference. Right after the Pleo card has been used for a purchase the app prompts you to take a picture of the receipt and I haven't missed a single receipt after I started using my Pleo card. The web interface works great as well and the integration to accounting platforms like e-conomic is a great feature. But for me, the real game changer is the immediate connection between the card and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It works flawlessly in my opinion.

No loss of receipts. Way less time on documenting expenses.
Great Pre-Paid Card Solution

Not a lot - its easy to use and is a really good tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer to need to issue our staff with bank debit cards as Pleo is a really great solution - you send money to your Pleo wallet and the staff can either use their physical plastic card or separate online virtual card to make purchases, as soon as they make a purchase they are asked to upload an image of the receipt - so no more lost receipts!! Once we have checked the right categories have been selected (our chart of accounts has been linked to Pleo so we can allocate nominal codes to each category) it is a simple task to push the information into Xero

If you want to use pre paid cards for your company Pleo is the answer you need

What do you like best about the product?
You buy something, photograph the receipt, and then forget about it. No additional work - no spreadsheets, no envelopes full of receipts, no photocopying. It can't be any easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I've used it in 2 companies I've worked with, and will recommend it to any other companies I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving at least 3 hours per month. And that's 3 hours of boring admin.

Try it - you honestly won't be disappointed. It really is very easy.

Fast, easy to use, no problems. Purchases arrive instantly.

Photo upload doesn't let you check before uploading (retake). It seems you get one attempt at taking a photo and it starts to auto-upload, which can be blurry. Then you have to upload another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NA. Not necessarily solving a specific business problem with Pleo in my usage, capturing expenses incurred on company time, regular employee expenses.

What do you dislike about the product?
One minor thing: I am getting 'Misising receipts' emails almost at the end of the month, I would rather like to see the missing receipts notifications in the app too. (I had to find the hidden feature and turn it on to look for the missing ones)

What do you dislike about the product?
'Reference' s/b cardholder name rather than Vendor name - would be easier to analyse historic travel expenses within Xero.
I would also like that the user is prompted to add a 'note' - ie description of why the expense was incurred

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved 2 days a month by no longer posting 12 credit card statements manually and chasing credit card receipts;
Immediate (within 2 hours) application of funds and the ease of allocating funds to different users;
Notifications when the wallet falls below a certain balance - no more 'declined due to insufficient funds' issues!!!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
don't be put of by the monthly cost per person - the time you save by implementing PLEO is MORE than worth it. The engagement from our users and my finance team has surpassed even my high expectations. It is easy to implement, use and review / update / export to Xero

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is easy to use, you gain a lot of time. You feel that there is a team behind, listening to feedback and willing to improve the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a technical detail that will be fixed: Not yet flexible enough, there are a lot of default fields that we do not need but cannot hide yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to do speleology in your pile of receipts at the end of the month, quickly explaining who paid for what and when. You fill up Pleo, you are done.
