Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The app is simple and easy to use. As a user I have not had any issues with using the cards (both digital and physical) and I'm immediately prompted to submit my receipts. If you do forgot to do this, Pleo will follow up to remind you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with using the app thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo takes out all of the complications away from submitting and managing expenses. It makes it easy for individual limits and monthly spends to be tracked. It's great that you can update limits instantly

Give it a try! The team are really helpful and supportive if you need any help

As soon as you spend, the phone app instantly uploads the transaction. Open the app and you simply take a photo of your receipt....Job done!!

There is nothing to dislike, ease of use whether online or in person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME!! Everything is undertaken in an instant. Superiors have access to your Pleo account and can keep a check on spending rather than getting a shock at the end of the month.

Absolutely recommend, simple and easy to use. Allows your employers to keep tabs on spending. Never misplaced a receipt again!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Pleo has really helped our business expand. We're a community-based business and being able to give the team the ability to make purchases during the course of their work without us having to manage an expenses process and without them having to use their own money has really simplified how we work.
Knowing that the ability spend is controlled provides real peace of mind and the integration with our accounts system makes the bank reconciliation process accurate, simple and quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to have the ability to reset the pin code on a card so that it could be used on a single-use basis. This would allow us to use them to support our clients as well as our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with a growing team spread over a large geographic area without needing to create burdensome processes for the management of expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that I can just take a snapshot of the receipt, upload it in the app and then forget about it. It is super easy for me as a regular user, and our bookkeeper saves a lot of time checking, following up and balancing the accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the camera in the app does not focus, but when I take a picture outside the app and upload it, it usually works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have experienced a decrease in lost receipts, and now all our consultants hand in their expenses on time (and in real time), which makes the administration easy and smooth. Our bookkeeper is very happy!

It's dead easy to keep track of your expenses -just take a photo and bin the receipt.

It does nag a bit if you've lost a receipt.

How user friendly it is and how convenient it make all the finances of me as a employee.

I had some few issues with my pin code when it should be reset.

We dont need to keep receipts and it has made it much easier for me to have an overview of what I have spend and to what purposes.

Simplicity... of UX and Admin. Transparency
What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-funding. I'd prefer Direct Debit (or monthly "invoice" and Direct Debit). Lack of Single-Sign-On Federation with our own Identity Management System (Office 365/AzureAD). Lack of non-Pleo/offline additional expense entry and reimbursement. Lack of loyalty scheme.

Simply reconciliation of foreign currency expenses incurred on personal cards. Simplify and increase the visibility of expenses

when you upload a picture in the pleo app, the quality is not very good.

With pleo i can easily buy things to my company, so i dont have to pay via my own pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
With Pleo I have my own card, instead of paying out of pocket for company expenses and wait for reimbursements. Adding a receipt when I do a purchase, makes sure I never forget it again.

Would like to have it better handle subscriptions and e-mail receipts.

We saved a lot of time with Pleo, because we don’t have to chase down receipts and share the card around the office. We don’t have to guess out who spent what, as we have everything in one place in real-time with Pleo
