I like that Pleo is easy to use. I also appreciate that everything is on it, making it convenient for direct purchases. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy for me.

Some receipts don't upload or save when uploaded

Pleo is easy to use, handling direct purchases efficiently. Everything I need is on it, although some receipts don't upload sometimes.

Nothing as yet, see very good and very easy to start using.

Being able to keep track on departmental spending is the main goal + paying for parking when required is also welcome!

User interface easy to navigate and upload expenses. Easy to use between teams and takes 5 minutes to submit a claim. Expenses are usually seen as arduous tasks but pleo makes it easy

Not too much really, great experience in an information heavy world.

Quick expenses like travel and food when away from office. Easy receipt handling and sign off from managers.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo incredibly useful as it allows me to verify and settle my personal expenses in seconds without having to deal with my money in a cumbersome way. The ability to pay directly from the company account via the app without causing any issues is extremely convenient. Pleo has a nice and self-explanatory interface, which makes it easy to use, even for someone like me who has little technical knowledge. The app takes the work off my hands by automatically capturing all details such as amount, date, and place of purchase, and I only have to handle the confirmation, which minimizes careless mistakes. I really appreciate that the whole process runs automatically in the system and provides an accurate overview of when my company has processed or reimbursed the expenses. Overall, I am very satisfied with Pleo and definitely recommend it.

I have nothing to complain about - although I am generally rather critical!

I can quickly document and settle my personal expenses with Pleo, pay directly through the company account, and avoid careless mistakes. The automatic capture of receipt data significantly simplifies the process.

I use Pleo for business credit card expenses. It reduces the time spent on submitting expenses. I really like that it's quick and easy to record an expense, and I find it easy to photo receipts and upload them. The initial setup was also easy for me.

I don't like that the Pleo card is not received at all outlets. I think it would be helpful if they could approach organizations to determine why the card is not accepted.

We were previously using business expense credit cards and receipts not returned, payments online not recorded properly
Helpful Receipt Linking, But Purchase Authentication Needs Clarity

The fetch feature is really helpful for linking receipts!

Authenticating purchases isn't consistent - not sure if there's an amount rule?

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo easy to use. It's very practical to be able to snap a picture of the receipt directly and be prompted by the app to do it, which helps me keep track of all the expenses. I also appreciate being able to rapidly pay with a card, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's annoying that it's not possible to access the app and take a picture of the receipt when there is no Internet connection.

I find Pleo easy to use, especially with snapping a picture of receipts directly, keeping track of all expenses efficiently.
