The platform has an intuitive user interface and is usable over various legal entities.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform with the ability to scale across different legal entities. We use Pleo for a significant amounts of expenses daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated link of receipts to expenses lacks precision and is not very flexible. Eg Tipps for an Uber trip shown as seperate expense, means that the receipt is not identified by fetch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform that provides an overview of all expenses and allows to upload receipts simply with the mobile phone app

What do you like best about the product?
User experience, easy navigation, analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo is a great tool for employees, however form the back end there are still many areas of improvement. Specifically from the reporting perspective. Ie. Reimbursements reporting still requires a lot of manual intervention, inability to export for periods greater than 18 months, team no longer to upload receipts post items being exported etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sped up processing of expenses, less manual intervention and paper receipts

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a pretty easy system to use. Issuing cards, setting limits, and managing receipts all works well. It saves time compared to traditional expense reporting, and the app is generally reliable and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The photo receipt function doesn’t always work instantly, which is annoying when you're trying to upload on the go. Searching for past expenses is also slow, and the filtering options are limited — you can only select one filter at a time, which makes it harder to find what you’re looking for quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo helps us manage company spending without the hassle of traditional reimbursement processes. It makes it easier for employees to pay for work-related expenses and for us to track spending in real time. It also reduces the amount of manual work related to collecting receipts and doing monthly reconciliations.

I don't like the fact that yoiu can't have an official statement with all the movement but just a picture at a certain date

Having multiple virtual card for multiple vendors

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fetch feature Pleo has. It saves me time uploading receipts manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is hardly anything negative. I might be good to have a feature where expenses get automatically posted in Xero.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo allows us to manage all expenses in one place. It's easy to add Pleo cards to mobile wallets and upload receipts directly through the app. Before we started using Pleo, it was difficult to track down employee receipts, and many were often missing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Pleo, it's user friendly, quick to respond and easy to creat cards, top up limits, freeze cars and be reactive.
Seamlessly integrating it into the business was great and for the amount of transactions in the business we have this saves time on reviewing and approving transactions from out of pocket expenses.

The cost jumped up our second year significantly,

It solves us not making employee do out of pocket expenses and it makes it so much easier to chase for receipts
PLEO HELPS
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo helps our accounts team to be focused on their job, as they do not need to be chased for receipts, and it is very easy to do. This helps us to maintain the expenses paid on time, easy to import easily, and use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we need help, is hard to speak with someone.

To pay easy for travel and everything the team need.

That there is no feature, which can identify the occuring cost center.

Pleo is monitoring our expenses and we can identify more easily and manage our receipts for our accountants.
