- Strong additional features are an expensive add on, per person

It’s a very intuitive system, with many options to analyze spending andcreate approval rules.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage and it is provided by a good analitics

The invoices integration could be improved

The Vendor Cards are very useful, as are the Wallets, since they enable fast, low-value, low-amount payments.
The accounting module is also very helpful and integrates with certified ERPs in just one click

GREAT PRODUCT AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
EFFICIENCY, EASY TO USE, TRANSPARENT, MULTIPLE USES.
What do you dislike about the product?
NO PHONE NUMBER. CHAT SUPPORT CAN BE IMPROVED. PLEO KEEPS CRASHING AND IS SLOW SOMETIMES.

Pleo is a very user friendly tool that helps us to control the business expenses of our employees.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Pleo every day. You have total control over employee spending. You can also reimburse employees' personal expenses. In addition, it is possible to create credit cards for certain expenses so that the credit limit of the personal card is not reduced. It's also easy to create new users and assign them credit cards with the appropriate credit limit. It is also possible for employees to claim mileage allowances.
The interface to Datev is also great. You can find the exported bookings directly in the accounting program.
I think it's a really well thought-out tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some problems with the report. The cash balance of Pleo does not match our accounting system.

Nice and easy overview - Always a good experience

The Fetch function is not always working, and a shame with the extra fee on mastercards

Useful when you're a small business, difficult to scale with it
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set it up as detailed and granular as possible with different team members, as well as different teams. We've set it up so that everything is connected to our systems and integrates seamlessly. Our team uses it every day and has made our spending management significantly easier and less complex. It's an easy tool all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support is not the best. We've had a few issues already and getting the responses or support simply is not there. Needs to improve massively.
I do believe that the more you scale, the less efficient Pleo becomes. The integrations are not the best and the easiness mainly comes in the form of actual spend, but not on the backend.

It's solved the expense side of things for our end-users, but backend / backoffice tasks are not the easiest.

What do you like best about the product?
Great system for handling organisation wide expenses - I use it everyday. Easy to use with great onboarding for new users.
Customer support is also good, with timely answers and knowledge.

None really - It is tailored to our ERP system via a good integration

Very clear assignable roles with a stack of functionality and customisation options.

I've had some slow(ish) responses through CS as I look to resolve some functionality questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
is a bit of pain when verifying payment and already being logged in have to log in and out on the app.
Needs added security on admin, for example if i get compromised the hacker can just raise my own limit, maybe have admins only able to raise each other limits to add an extra layer of security.
One employee refuses to use phone, and struggles to make use of PLEO online, not sure as i feel PLEO is solely for phone.

wasting time chasing people for receipts, now i do not have to worry about receipts as they are on app
