Pleo makes expensing easier...
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple and straightforward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
When the app is down or isn't working fully it requires a software update but doesn't alert you to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole team can add their expenses and I can review them
Pleo is a good product for business with employees who expenses a lot
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use pleo and easy to get started with. The flexibility to give people in the company a card instead of them making expenses, has been a fantastic alternative and is appriciated for the employees.
The customer support is also something to mention, they are fast to get back to you and usually the solve the problems quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of pleo is the connection with CRM-system (in particular Business central), there is often some challenges around this.
Another thing that isn't working as well, is that there can be some administration time regarding missing receipts. Employees can just "ignore" the reminder, so it would be useful to get a "stronger reminder".

Pleo is helping with people not needing to pay out of their own pocket.
User-friendly platform, easy for both admin and customer
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly for both the admin and the customer. Good integration with E-conomic. Good and friendly support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need phone support. If nothing else, then for a limited time or days. But sometimes it's difficult in writing. Need integration with D365 Finance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to collect receipts and book credit card expenses.
You can hardly go wrong with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo guides you through every step. Easy and enjoyable to use. Quick payments with virtual cards, receipts uploaded in seconds and timely reminders keep everyone on track. I always have a clear overview of team spend without extra effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no real downsides so far. No blockers to mention.

I have no experience with manual processes and haven’t used other tools, but Pleo covers everything we need.
Staff Fredon to Spend Company Money
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility it provides in managing staff spending while still allowing me to maintain complete control over their expenditures, whether made online or in person.

It allows staff to have their own purchasing power when they need it, cuts the time taken to authorise a spend or deliver the goods on their behalf

The app is amazing, and the way all expenses export to e-conomic is great!

Sometimes the physical card gets declined online and i cannot seem to figure out why. Also I would like to have credit and benefits with the card.

Great all in one for business
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is an easy to use business account that has all expense features within one app. It is super easy to match up purchases to receipts using the "fetch" feature, or just uploading them manually yourself. Keeps everything in one place, nice and easy to track spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally technical issues with approvals to payments when needed, but a simple restart of the app usually resolves this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses are easy to track from within one place, you can easily see the supplier/recipient and spend. Fetch is a great way to easily forward invoices for expenses and match them up!

The Netsuite integration lacks the functionality that we require.

What do you like best about the product?
Time saving and analysis! We do lots of small transactions and Pleo makes tracking receipts and expenses soooo easy. Saves us hours a month
What do you dislike about the product?
None at present, over the years they’ve responded to feedback and altered the product in a really postive way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consultant out and about all day. Pleo makes processing receipts and tracking expenses easy ans I don’t need to harass anyone, it does it for me
Innovative credit card solution for companies, saves time in many areas, weaknesses in exports
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to credit cards from traditional banks, Pleo cards can be issued and managed much more easily. Additionally, it saves the accounting department a lot of time, as each individual transaction can be directly transferred to the accounting system just like with a traditional account. Another great feature is the ability for each individual user to upload or scan/photo their receipts directly in line with the booking. Pleo also offers good support. The client management and accountant access are also practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
We unfortunately keep having problems with exports and the transfer of data into the preparatory accounting or the accounting. The search function for individual transactions in the app is also not particularly good, which repeatedly leads to existing receipts or transactions not being found at first glance. A request to Pleo would be that the pricing model remains consistently structured in the future.

Pleo ensures that when booking the credit card in accounting, a lot of time is saved and it is much easier to track which expenses were made by which employee or department.
