Effortless Reimbursements with Clean Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo at my company for reimbursements and friskvårdsbidrag, and it's a really nice experience. I like the nice UX with a clean interface and the fast turnaround for reimbursements. Before, I used an app called Skovik, which was clunky with bad UX, leading me to postpone adding receipts, but with Pleo, it's fast and easy. I also find the initial setup very, very easy. From a user perspective, I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, as an employee I only use and see the "add receipts or ask for reimbursement pages". These I feel are really good. Not sure about the admin aspects of the app though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it easy to report and get reimbursements with a nice UX and fast turnaround. It's a big improvement from my previous app, Skovik, which was clunky and frustrating to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo's design because the UI is very nice, and I just feel very smooth when using the service. I also appreciate that I don't have to put a reimbursement every time I use it for monthly subscriptions as it does it automatically.

I don't have to put a reimbursement every time as Pleo handles monthly subscriptions automatically.
Incredibly Helpful for Employee Expenses—Easy Cards, Flawless Payments
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is incredibly helpful when it comes to paying expenses as an employee. It's super easy to get a credit card and payment works flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much to be honest. It can be difficult to get further card details when sites ask for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me pay expenses abroad, for a team I was leading. It's benefiting me through convenience, simplicity and easy access.

nothing really. maybe the app is hard to navigate sometimes when it comes to finding my card details and PIN code

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pleo is how effortless it makes something that’s usually annoying. Spending and expenses just happen naturally, without paperwork or back-and-forth, and everyone knows where they stand. It feels modern, fair, and surprisingly human for a finance tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting can feel limiting if you want very tailored views. It’s smooth day to day, but less flexible when you try to go beyond the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves time, reduces stress, and avoids awkward back-and-forth with finance. The benefit is simple: less admin, fewer mistakes, and more trust, so you can focus on actual work instead of expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo helps me to stay organized and manage my expenses. The receipt tracking system is particularly beneficial, with all the different categories and specificity making it very useful for my company to track expenses through different teams and departments.

I don’t know. It seemed like a big transition for all the people. Many in my company don’t know so much about bookkeeping

Pleo helps by shifting responsibility for receipts to employees, keeping things organized. It aids in managing expenses and provides useful receipt tracking with specific categories for better expense tracking across teams.
Handy invoice reminders, but Fetch can be slow and unreliable

Reminders to submit invoices. app based.

fetch often doesn’t work. it can take a few seconds to load after you attach a receipt or a budget centre

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for all work expenses for me and my team. I find Pleo fast, easy to use, and most importantly, app-based, meaning there's no need for laptop logins. I really like the ease of use and the self-calculation feature on mileage, which calculates point-to-point distance and multiplies it by the rate. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't see my own expenses separately from those submitted by my team.

Pleo makes handling work expenses fast and easy by being app-based, no need for laptop logins. It also calculates mileage automatically, removing the need to do manual point-to-point distance calculations.

What do you like best about the product?
Really clear and easy user experience, not complicated
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the language could be a little clearer, but could have to do more with my organisational context. For instance, 'upload receipt' indicates nothing about the specific kind of receipt needed

Solving problem of complicated and time consuming reimbursements. Benefits me because I don't have to spend forever uploading pictures of receipts into a complicated software that doesn't work well
