Works just as well as their competitors
What do you like best about the product?
App UX features plenty of white space which makes it easy to navigate. The receipt capture via email also works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One too many clicks to submit a receipt - a very very minor dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple receipt capture and expense allocation. Speeds up expenses and gives you back time.
Great user experience, with a few admin glitches
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, intuitive to set up and get started, links directly with the accounting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support says it takes 2-3 days to respond - although current experience is that it is quicker than that; not able to prevent users back-dating claims (not lock date facility), items rejected by a reviewer are then automatically directly passed, without going back through the review process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously had a cumbersome process involve manual entering of expenses and uploading and checking of receipts. Company spend limited to a few individuals with company credit cards. Slow reimbursement process for mileage and other out of pocket expenses - manual reimbursements by finance on one set day each month.
Pleo is a game changer

The ease of set up, great support and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be easier to export data but otherwise its a very solid product.

It makes our expenses process so much easier and organised.

I love the email integration, which pulls email receipts automatically or allows you to forward receipts to the pleo email address!

Nothing comes to mind! We use Pleo every day across our company and have lots of budget pots, spending is clearly organised!

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is the most easy to use App there is for using and tracking Business expenses. The UX is well laid out and super wasy to follow. Adding receipts is faultless as you can use many formats e.g. .pdf for hotels and camera for normal receipts for things like food, even the 'lost reciept process is super easy. I use this app a lot and have never had issues with downtime, it's aways availble when I need it no matter where in the world I am!

Absolutely nothing! I wish my banking app was this good! :o)

Management of budget and tracking expense spend. Giving a use a one stop shop for tracking expenses and keeping budget of spend, remaining limits
Very Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Scan function and Fetch function. App is very intuitive. Corproate Pleo credit card.

Sometimes the matching does not work, but this is rare.

Efficient expense handling.
I have found Pleo very usefull and easy to use but software still has some occasional glitches
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick to catch receipts and it has scan option instead of photo. Reminds me to take photos. Easy to keep track of payments. Great to have virtual card that is easy to setup. Simple way to manage payments and get payments approved. Easy to integrate with other accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is still sometimes glitchy. Ofter adding categories does not work. Privileges in web version to app are different. Invoice uploading is a fair bit odd if you dont have full privilages.

Reminds to keep track of receipts. Easy to get payments set up and paid off. Allows limits to cards depending on employe rool
