I am excited about the possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo simplifies the entire accounting process. I don't need to collect receipts, invoices, parking tickets, and bookings and send them by mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to register first. Sometimes the process is still pending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have no problems using it.

It is accepted everywhere and very easy to use

The simplicity and speed of the App is great. Makes a boring task a pleasure to complete. I use it almost on a daily basis and is always easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any downsides to the App.

Manage staff expense accounts.
Super easy and super slick !
What do you like best about the product?
So simple and easy to use and understand. It's clear what tasks must be done and how to use the card. Also love that it sometimes automatically knows what category the spend is in (i.e. recognises car parks!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've struggled to use the 'fetch' email send feature, and would love it if it could link other email accounts to Pleo, as I have a different email for car parking and other shops!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beforehand I'd have to use an outdated online platform that was slow and complicated. Now I can instantly snap my receipts on the app and it's SO much quicker! I can also see a summary of spending much quicker and easier!

What do you like best about the product?
It’s extremely convenient to use—no need for a physical card, and expensing is effortless with easy receipt uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo allows me to pay when I’m on a business trip without having to advance the expenses. I feel free, and I can justify my expenses very quickly and easily.

It just works. Really easy to understand.

Easily offer employees Crorporate card
Excellent employee expense option
What do you like best about the product?
This is the second organisation where I've had access to a Pleo card for expenses. Takes 1 min to set up, and it's super easy to use. Also a great option for claiming reimbursement for out of pocket expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if it default filled my department for each purchase, but that's a minor issue!

Removing need to claim reimbursement

What do you like best about the product?
The authetication function where each purchase needs to be approved by the card holder gives it an extra layer of secrity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything so far, might be able to update in the future.

It is easier to keep trackl of all the business expenses on the app where all invoices and relevant documents are asked for right after the puchase is made. Helps keep the purchases in check!

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ease of use of the app. The immediate notifications are a good way to encourage you to undate your account on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It is helping our accounts team immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my expense account updated. My company can easy see when funds are required.
