Great platform once you learn how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of keeping track of expenses, ability to categorise under project & client & pull off reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had an issue with it not recognising Icelandic currency where we have a project, and the helpdesk function isn't up to scratch at the moment, but most of the other functions are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have engineers working abroad & this is perfect for our of pocket expenses, travel & subsistence.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UX, even the basic tier is fit for purpose and we are looking to grow to the next tier. Its API integrations have been really good.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has a really user friendly interface. It makes tracking expenditure very efficient and the fact that it integrates directly into our accounting system makes the whole process very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Having to remember to preload the card can be annoying but we could always set up auto top up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management and tracking of company credit card expenditure.

There is nothing i dislike however it would be cool to request money from employees when they use the company card for private expenses on accident.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is simple for managing expenses across the business and means that we are able to keep on track of the various department spend and vendor cards are a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like if I'm honest. The export process to Xero could maybe be a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep on top of all of our budgets and spends for expenses across the business and it has massively simplified our invoice payments.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatically pulling receipts/invoices to expenses; exporting transactions to Xero; customer support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its intregrations (e.g. Pleo <> TravelPerk) doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enable all employees to expense and buy goods/services with a virtual Pleo card. Unlocks business productivity and de-centralises responsibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has helped us to get a much better overview of our finances. Not only can we now see all our expenses and all the relevant information at a glance. We can also control our spending precisely using budgets, limits and dedicated cards. In addition, all employees got to grips with Pleo very quickly and the tool was very well received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the user interface is kept very simple and clear. However, the ‘Analysis’ section could offer even more options and customisable views to gain further insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo helps us to introduce and enforce clear guidelines and specifications for expenditure throughout the organisation. It also gives us a maximum overview of where our money is going.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can upload your receipts via the app straight away or you can send an e-receipt via email. Also everything is approved very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes logging in can be tedious if the verification doesn't go through the first time but most times it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our employees with expenses as they can upload their receipts immediately to Pleo without worry of losing them and it helps with easily keeping track of employee expenses and topping up when needed.

The Pleo Experience: User-friendly and Full Functional Expense System

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Pleo after our current software did not live up to our expectations. The implementation was easy, structured and quic, and within a day we had the system active and integrated with our accounting software. New users are easliy added, and the cards are activated and added to Apple Pay with the click of a few buttons. It it easy to set up teams, accounting dimensions, to handle reviews and approval flows, to handle reimbursments of per diem and personal expenses, and to transfer funds to the wallet. We are currently using Pleo daily within our operations and multiple companies, and have received very positive reviews internally. Fetch is a function that we all love, since we have a lot of different subscriptions where we receive receipts to our emails. The function to create separate vendor cards for these subscriptions is also great, the ability to keep these separate from the personal pleo cards and change responsible person and not disturb personal purchase limits is very useful. The customer support and guides avaliable are very helpful as well. Overall our experience of Pleo is positive and we are happy with the service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only complaints so far are that the employees cannot create expense reports for private expenses to gather receipts from a specific trip. They can only add these receipts one at the time. We are also missing the ability to change the tax amount when adding and reviewing a receipt, since this can only be done in export. However, these are our only points of dislike and nothing that takes away from the overall experience of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have previously used company bank cards and personal cards for expenses, which resulted in more admin and the need for additional systems and processes. We handled reimbursments as part of monthly salary payments, and gathering receipts for company card purchases was a struggle. Now all employees have Pleo cards, and in the cases where a personal card has been used they can easliy reimburse themselves after approval of the purchase. The app with reminders to scan receipts after a Pleo purchase has worked great, and there are not many cases where we have to remind the employees to turn in the receipts. Fetch is also a great function for subscriptions and other purchases where a digital receipt is sent to the mail, no need for searching through the mailbox at month end to find old receipts. With the direct integration to all our different accounting softwares in different countries, the export and bookkeeping is now done in a breeze. We have now freed a lot of admin time for our accounting staff and our employees, and expenses are easliy handled through the same platform for everyone.
